We had a very nice stay in this unit! Check in was a breeze with great communication from the owner and on site property manager. The unit was as described, compound had beautiful landscaping and the pool was perfect! Nice bbq area as well. Location is perfect for exploring the island. We had a few very slight hiccups, namely no dish soap and no dishwasher soap, but the local manager personally delivered those items within the day. There were also some dead batteries in the AC remotes, also provided sane day. Some instructions on how to use the AC units would be helpful. The kitchen was well equipped with a rice maker, lots of pans, and plenty of plates and silverware. We added a few insulated drink cups for pool cocktails to the collection, as well as a small igloo cooler for beach and pool trips. Overall we would highly recommend this unit! It was a great spot with lots of amenities nearby!

First time to Kauai and had an amazing time. Enjoyed the property and location of place to explore all the island.

This condo is very nicely furnished and comfortable. It was a perfect home away from home for our family of 4 adults during our weeklong stay. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out & have their own space.
There were a couple of small maintenance/housekeeping issues during our stay that were quickly resolved by contacting the property manager (light bulbs being replaced and sheets for sofa bed provided).
The grounds of the Lae Nani are so lush and beautiful. It’s much more beautifully landscaped than any of the neighboring properties including the Sheraton Coconut Beach Resort. We didn’t end up using the grills by the pool, but they looked very nice and clean w/ a couple of picnic tables to use for eating or sitting at while you’re cooking.
This unit is in a great location making it easy to access all the activities we wanted and close to convenient shopping. The grounds are beautiful, the complex very quiet and the pool quite large.
It was lovely to be able to sit on the lanai and hear the waves so close.
The unit itself was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We were particularly pleased with the kitchen being so well stocked as we like to cook - and the barbecues by the pool were great as well. There was good bedding, pillows and extra towels.
It is, however, in need of some TLC in a few places (e.g. some peeling paint, curtains that had come off the track/wouldn’t close in the living room, a bathroom sink very slow to drain) and has older bathroom and kitchen fixtures/finishes. This is not uncommon in an older rental condo. It certainly didn’t interfere with our enjoyment of our vacation, but I mention it as these things might bother some.
Note the coin laundry, which is very close by the unit, now has a payment app. Unfortunately it can only be used on a US smart phone - so we had to collect up our quarters instead.
Overall we were happy with our stay.
Overall the property that this condo is located at is amazing. Our only issue was that the air conditioning in the main area was not working the entire time we were there.
Loved the location of the property. Super close to the beach and restaurants in the area. Very walkable and only a couple minutes drive from other restaurants in the area. The main property has a pool and they look to be building a few outdoor bbqs near the pool so it’s only getting better!
We live staying at this condo. The location is great because it’s close to everything we need!
The Kapa’a location was great (about halfway between Waimea and Hanalei). The only problem was the AC wasn’t working in the kid’s room, then it went out in our bedroom after the second night. The on-site property manager wasn’t able to help and so it was never fixed during our stay- thank goodness for ceiling fans. I would get assurances that the AC is in working order before checking in.
