The rental did not indicate that the balcony would be fully occupied by a paint crew. We rented specifically for the balcony and couldnt utilize it. Photos attached, pretty dissapointing. This was after we were unable to get in our room. Access code didnt work, the issue wasnt fixed during our stay.Location was great.
The unit was impeccable and view unparalleled. Just the right amenities and super comfy king bed. Loved being able to make dinner on the grills downstairs or pop over to the Beach House for cocktails. Better view than any restaurant. Turtles, dolphins and eels just below. Thanks!
Comfortable bed. Great view of surfers and turtles feeding. This is a great unit with a wide view and wonderful for watching whales in season.
The ocean view is phenomenal! Super clean condo, never heard neighbors, highly recommend!
We had everything we needed for our one week stay in Kauai. The kitchen is well stocked with tools and equipment. We found everything very clean and well maintained. From the lanai we loved watching surfers and turtles feeding in the surf. Great week!
As a person who does a lot of research for vacations, I know how important reviews are. I promise you won’t regret booking this condo unless you don’t like to see or hear the ocean! We spent every morning on the lanai watching surfers and the evenings on the grassy lawn watching the sunset.
We are on the plane headed home and so sad to be leaving Kauai and this wonderful condo. We wanted a place where we could wake up every morning to see the turtles feeding and hear the waves crashing while we drank our coffee and this condo was just that! The view was amazing! It was completely stocked with everything we could need. We loved our stay here and will be back!
The condo was perfect! It is spacious and clean, the kitchen is well stocked, the bed is comfortable and the view is amazing! It's in a great location, close to shops and restaurants. We visited Wailua Falls and Waimea Canyon, both were so beautiful! And we had dinner next door at The Beach House our last night, it was expensive, but worth it because of the food, service and view! I highly recommend this condo and I hope to be back!
I have stayed here two times now and will return again. You can’t beat the location and the condo is well appointed and comfortable. The combination with the access to the athletic club is perfect. The club has a great pool, restaurant and activities that I enjoyed. Especially a tennis clinic! It’s very close by and perfect! Thank you for sharing the space and I enjoyed my time in paradise.
Room was very clean and welcoming. Location near to many restaurants and activities. So close to ocean, wave sounds were great. I highly recommend this condo.

Excellent, spacious condo! Amazing view! Convenient location within walking distance to the Kukui’ula shopping center. We loved our mornings having coffee on the lanai watching surfers, sea turtles, and monk seals.
We enjoyed staying here and it was outfitted with what we needed in the kitchen. The view of the waves right in front and skilled surfers was entertaining. The beach here is small but a strong swimmer can swim out past the waves where the snorkeling is decent with turtles and a good variety of fish. We didn't try the nearby restaurant but there are several others not far away.
The condo is a hidden gem. Thirty feet from the ocean, turtle watching, surfing and boogie board watching…can’t beat the relaxing environment. Listen to the waves at night.
View is great. Must drive to a beach. Beds are firm. Loved the grassy area and breeze and the waves. Kitchen has everything you need.
Really enjoyed the wide open feeling and the amazing sounds of the ocean at night.

Outstanding. We will return next year.
We entirely enjoyed our stay. There is such a gorgeous view, and the living space is cute, comfortable and spacious enough for our small party of 3. Would definitely stay again! And it’s only a short walk from the awesome “Baby Beach”
We had a long and restful stay, with a knockout view of the surf and surfers and turtles.
The amenities of the kitchen are better than the usual; the layout is open and easy to navigate; we especially appreciated access to nearby athletic club. we will be back!
