We really enjoyed our stay! It was a beautiful property and had a lot to offer from the pools, beach access and beachwalk. I would highly recommend this resort to friends.

Great location. Super nice and clean condo with beautiful amenities. Nice and quiet and cozy. The beach and pool and Dukes restaurant were all fabulous.
Great spot. All arrive at 4:00 during check in day! It’s a little confusing if it’s your first time at the property. We went directly to parking and should have unloaded our baggage at the main entrance.
This is our 3rd trip to stay at Honua Kai. We’ve been in both main buildings. For us the studio is perfect. The views are amazing and each time the unit has been clean and well situated. This trip we had issues with our dryer not doing the job. Maintenance visited but it went back in to error mode. I figured out “auto mode” managed to finish a cycle. Lighting is inadequate in the bathroom for those without great eyesight. We put a lamp next to the sink with the shade removed. Problem solved. We will be back.
the room was great and as advertised- great location and the addition of two beach chairs very welcome. The place was not available anywhere close to 4, and the lack of communication about Maui rentals to us and to the crew at the location when we arrived and during our stay was disappointing to say the least- we will choose another next time we stay.
Beautiful property- new, nice, clean, love the pool, fitness center, walking path, food, all right there.
Listing was just as described. Beautiful beachfront property. Place had everything you could need except an umbrella for the beach. Would highly recommend. Lots of families present. Great Babymoon location.
Wonderful spot in north Kaanapali
The condo is exactly as pictured and described. Check in is easy, the management company sent us instructions a few days prior to check in so there was no anxiety about when and where to go. The property was as close to immaculate as we could expect. Beautiful courtyard leading to the pools, short walk to the beach, dukes bar right on property. Location was convenient for our needs, There are a few grocery stores nearby for food and essentials, a food truck lot right next door. The unit itself was clean, had all the kitchen essentials, working appliances, and some beach chairs/ igloo cooler that were available for our use. The view could NOT be beat. While not ocean front it is ocean facing and we spent every morning on the lanai with binoculars watching whales right from our room. We have stayed at 5 star luxury resorts in Hawaii before and this stay rivaled our stays there just based on the view and convenience of having our own home away from home
Relaxing and laidback atmosphere.
Probably the best view we’ve had to date at our Maui adventures. Room was well equipped, and had everything we needed. Fantastic resort and amenities.
A couple things though. This room is directly next to the trash room, and so the hallway approaching the room smells pretty nasty, like wet mildew carpet, which made our room smell a bit until we opened up the patio and aired it out. Also, the AC in this unit is not strong at all. Room didn’t get below 73 degrees and we are used to sleeping in cold temps, so that was a bit rough. Definitely needs to get fixed.
Other than that, was a great stay.
Studio was perfect for 2 people. Bathroom needs more lighting! Had to put makeup on in living area. Which is not well lite. But overall stay was perfect.
Great condo, it had all the amenities that I needed for a great stay and the pool was great. Only thing, be careful with the lava rocks on the edge of the pool. I accidentally scrapped my foot (ouch). All in all, I would highly recommend booking. Dukes restaurant was awesome and the mai tais were great!
I stayed here with my daughter and we had a great time. You can walk down to the beach or pool. We liked that the pool area had multiple different pools so people were spread out instead of crammed into one. Great view of the pool and ocean. Close drive to kaanapali. Has a little store in the lobby for things you may have forgotten to bring or a snack. Parking can be a little difficult if you get back later in the evening. Overall, amazing stay!
Everything was great. Beautiful condo, property was lovely! The only hiccup was construction on site (which we were not informed about beforehand) so it was hard to sit on the balcony with the noise and dirt.
This property was very comfortable, clean and convenient. We had everything we needed. The restaurant on site is exceptional! The pools and hot tubs were beautiful. The staff was very helpful and friendly!
Beautiful condo with a fabulous view. Fully equipped kitchen allowed us to enjoy a hot breakfast every morning on the patio with the view of the property and ocean. The resort has very nice grounds to enjoy sitting around the pools, and the beach is just a short walk beyond that. My only gripe would be that the underground parking is not very big. If you return late in the evening it will most likely be full and require you to use valet parking which is free, just a little time consuming.
