The bathroom was inspired by the colors of sand and sea, and has a custom walk-in shower that features a rain head, bamboo glass panel and handy corner seat. Sturdy bamboo-pattern vinyl flooring ties everything together to complete the natural ambience. Your top-floor lanai is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing breakfast, or watch the waves and beach activities. You might be inspired to head on down to the beach, where you can picnic, wade, swim, snorkel or maybe even join a yoga class. The condo comes equipped with back-pack style beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach towels and more for your convenience.

About the Air Conditioning:
2-unit split system installed December 2020 for your creature comfort! There is a wall unit in the living room and another one in the bedroom. Super quiet! There are also ceiling fans and standing fans if you prefer to experience the ambient temperatures. It's all about what you're used to. ALSO: Due to the high cost of electricity in Hawaii, when you leave the apartment for extended periods of time, turning off the AC is greatly appreciated.
