Wow - what an amazing place to be the foundation of a wonderful vacation! The place is perfect for a couple - just the right size and neat and clean as a pin! We loved that the entire condo unit was small, so you never felt crowded. The second floor corner balcony was the perfect place to chill when the sun for to hot or to relax in the evening. The pool was the perfect, cool temperature and it was wonderful to float in the pool and look out at the Pacific. The lava tide pools were amazing at low tide - little black crabs, small fish, yellow tang and so many creepy and fun to watch moray eels!The hosts were so kind and informative and they sent out the guide book well before we got there - so it could help in planning. A few tips from us: check in first before you go to the grocery store to see what the pantry holds. As for making coffee, they have everything - Keurig (plus loadable pods), drip and a French press and coffee grinder - so you can enjoy your Kona coffee however you'd like.It was truly sad to leave (if we could have retired right there and then, we would have!), but we'll be back. A perfect vacation escape!
This property was an absolute gem. Communication with the owner was very easy and smooth. The unit was spotless and had absolutely everything we could’ve needed. The view of the ocean was incredible! It was so peaceful just listening to the waves crashing on the rocks at night. The inside is beautifully decorated, but we didn’t take any photos. I’ve included some photos of the view. It’s absolutely gorgeous. My husband and I were there for three days and couldn’t have enjoyed it more. Will definitely stay again next time we visit the island!
We stayed at this condo for 5 nights. The view from the lanai or even from inside of the room was splendid. The room was very clean, calm and comfortable.Also, the location is very good. It is not so busy and, especially in the morning when going out for a walk, I could see mountains very clearly with birds chirping and roosters crowing. We enjoyed wonderful stay in Big Island.
We will definitely stay here again if we comeBack to Kona. It was perfect for our family of four. We particularly loved the outside dining and warm pool. Beds were comfy and they provided all the beach necessities to have a great time snorkeling!
The apartment is CLEAN, which always makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. The attention to detail was so nice. The refrigerator and freezer were even clean. There was fresh ice in the freezer and music on the tv to welcome us in. Communicated the facility was available early and the sofa bed was made up for our arrival. They provide all the essentials. We loved our very short stay and wished we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend!!!

This location is a really nice property that offers wonderful ocean views (and sounds) and easy access to all that the island has to offer. The one bedroom unit is stocked with everything you will need to enjoy your time on the water and the lanai. Highly recommended.
The property description and reviews left by others are all 100% accurate, so no need to repeat. But I will add that ours was a trip to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary and our first time to Hawaii. The accommodations were absolutely perfect for our 10 day getaway!!!
The condo was just as described in the listing. The views were amazing. We stayed for 7 nights and every night had a different sunset!! The location was perfect for us as it was away from the more crowded area of Kona, but not too far away to be a pain. The bed was extremely comfortable and the A/C worked well. Parking was easy and it was very quiet at the small complex. It was great to have snorkel equipment, beach chairs, a cooler, etc. available for use. I would recommend this condo for your next trip to the Kona area. Be sure to check out Da Poke Shack, our favorite place to eat.
The waterfront location and ocean views are outstanding--the sounds of the surf sitting on the lanai were a favorite. This owner has done a great job maintaining a clean and comfortable condo and providing so many little extras to make the stay a positive one. We were especially impressed with the comfortable bed! The location is near the main tourist area in Kona but not so close that you are impacted by foot/car traffic or noise. This little gem is unfortunately in a complex where other owners haven't kept pace, and the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property was a bit dated and tired. Washer/dryer are available but in a shared laundry room on the main level. In short--a boutique unit in less than boutique surroundings. An excellent choice if you're planning mostly off-property experiences and outings to shopping, the beach, etc.

Exactly as advertised - Stunning views, clean, well maintained and nicely appointed condo with AC.
We especially appreciated the comfortable bed and luxurious linens, in addition to how the owners have optimized the view with floor to ceiling windows, roller shades that disappear when open, and a high top table on the Lani so you can see view over the railing.
It felt like tropical paradise sitting on the balcony amongst the trees, enjoying the breeze, raindrops bouncing off the leaves, and appreciating the shade they provide in the late afternoon. Watching the birds, butterflies, and fish swim in the ocean while listening to the waves crash below was wonderful!
Fantastic to have everything we needed upon arrival – a Britta water filter, Ziplock and trash bags, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Kleenex, coffee and a few condiments and seasonings, along with beach chairs, an umbrella and soft sided coolers.
The host and cleaning/support team were the best communicators we have stayed with - super responsive, helpful and showed genuine care and eagerness to ensure we had everything we needed.
The pool and deck were cleaned daily M-F first thing in the morning, the complex was cleaned often, washers and dryers worked well and it was helpful that they had an app you could download and use to pay.
Amazing views! Just as advertised! Nice and quiet, would stay here again.
It is important to me that a listing is described accurately. There wasn't a single surprise difference between the listing and what we experienced. That's a win every time for me.
Favorites: 1) Proximity to ocean front was perfect. 2) Very clean and well appointed (will admit we didn't cook, so I couldn't really comment on kitchen stock... certainly had everything we needed.) 3) Small property size was important... didn't want to stay at a large resort. 4) A dedicated parking spot was a bonus I didn't know I was going to like sooo much. Coming in late at night... pulled right into my parking spot... walked a few steps through the gate and up the stairs to our unit. 5) Clear communication leading up to stay was clear... no suprises there either. Overall a good experience for us.
We were very happy with this place. The view is stunning. The place is clean it’s been remodeled and cozy for a couple or a couple with a kid or two Not a great option for more than two adults since there is only one bathroom, one bedroom, and a hide a bed. Even though it’s on Allii Drive it is very quiet. The pool is right on the ocean and is hardly used by guests. We are very happy with our stay!
We loved the location - we were able to walk about 30 minutes to some great restaurants. We loved sitting on the Lanai and listening to the waves as well as watching the sunset. We enjoyed our trip and appreciated the hospitality. Mahalo!

We had a wonderful time. The views from the condo are unforgettable. The condo was very well equipped for cooking in or enjoying a day on the island. The condo complex is older but well maintained. Perfect place to come back to after a day playing in the sun.

The complex is older, small, and kept up with assigned parking. Residents are quiet but there is construction across the street and next door. Lots of good beach items, but need to drive 2 miles to swim & snorkle beach, $12 for 4 hrs parking. Recommend downloading their travel guide. We spent 5 nights and traveled around the island, recommend early day visit to volcanic national park so u are back before dark, 2 hr one way. Stop by the 24 hr safeway before you check in. Wished we had scheduled whale watching earlier in visit, as Body Glove would have given us a free trip if no whales seen, only saw a few spinner dolphins. Unit manager Mae was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend unit.
