This place is as advertised, and is lovely. The bedrooms are large and the lanai is indeed huge, and has some comfortable furniture as well. The third floor location means the lanai looks out at surrounding treetops and many birds. There was a closet full of beach gear we could borrow. Everything was clean. The location is good - about a 10 minute walk into the restaurant and shopping area. One of the best places I have stayed!

This property is an absolute 10 out of 10!!! We had husband and wife, teenage boy and girl and EVERYONE loved it.It’s exactly as advertised and then some. Locations amazing, it’s clean, it’s comfortable, just perfect!!!
An older building that has been well maintained. It would have been helpful if the buildings had been labeled "A, B, C, etc. as it was a little difficult to find the right building.

This Condo is located in a perfect spot for sunsets, evening walks and super fun shopping. Very spacious and the lanai is delightful.
If you're reading the reviews, and asking yourself "it can't be that good", well it is. Everything was as advertised and in line with the other reviews. If (when) we come back to Kona this will be the first place I look for when we're planning. Overall - Great Experience.
Lots of space in rooms and large balcony. Easy walk to restaurants and tourist shopping, excursion kiosks. Pool easily accessible. If doing sights on your own be aware that most are an hour or 2 away drive away
This was a great property to stay when visiting Kona. It’s so close to everything and so wide open. Beautiful lanai, excellent a/c when needed. Very clean and comfortable. Loved that the elevator is so close and the covered parking was a bonus.

The property is amazing! The layout of the condo was perfect and the spacious balcony had beautiful sunsets. The entire property worked out wonderfully and we used the pool and bbq area multiple times. Its in a great location for morning walks and is the perfect distance to the ocean front restaurants and shops. We would most definitely stay here again.

Two couples enjoyed our stay while participating in the State Kapuna Softball Tournament. Walking distance to eateries and the pool was so lovely to relax in between games.

This condo was perfect for our family of six. It was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It is walking distance from restaurants, shops and the water. The Murphy bed was a nice touch so our teen (17) and preteen (11) didn’t have to sleep together (one took the bed and one took the couch). Parking was easy and convenient. We had a wonderful stay in this new area.
We had a wonderful 6 night stay at this lovely and quaint condo. The unit was just as described and perfect for our party size. The kids slept on the very large pull out bed in the living room and adults had the bedrooms. They were really large which was nice for luggage. The location was the best part. We walked everywhere! Lots of shops and places to eat. We did two “road trip” days around the island. It was central to all of those locations as well (1-2 hour drive). It was clean and comfortable. Communication excellent! We will be booking another stay here in the future!

Despite some not-so-great weather, we enjoyed our stay at Stephen and Donna's beautiful condo in Kona. It is very spacious and for 2 couples, the two bedrooms with king beds was perfect, with an extra bathroom to boot! We loved that it was a short walk from all of the great shops and restaurants in Kona and it was fully stocked with all the beach supplies.....even a flat iron and curling iron. Highly recommend!
Wonderful place, hosts have thought of everything. Clean, open, airy, plenty of supplies, lots of cooking condiments, spices, all staples. We cooked in as eating out is so much more expensive. Stores are close by. We will book this condo again for sure.
Family of 5, we had plenty of space and loved the views and the proximity to Kona and the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked, and also plenty of beach gear, including beach towels.

The condo was wonderful! Plenty of space including lots of sitting options on the balcony, beach supplies all included, clean, perfect location with walking distance to beach and restaurants, property manager was very responsive. Will stay here again if we make it back to Kona!
Beautiful place. Very well stocked with everything you could imagine. Big, comfy beds and 3 nice bathrooms. Brand new washer and dryer. Gorgeous views, nice pool and bbq area. Just so convenient. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much.
