We had a great stay at this rental. It was within walking distance to so many restaurants and shops which is a hard place to find parking if you’re just trying to drive there. When I got there it was a cute place the only negative I would say is the extra pillows for the pull out couch were flat as a pancake but when they checked in with me the next morning I told them and they brought out 2 new ones that day I would highly recommend staying here.

Ocean view, walkable distance to the beach, parking spot is super close to the room. Indoor washer are perfect to quick clean my swim suits.
There was no map of the property so it took 30 minutes of walking to find the pool. We could not get the bbq grills to work.Inside the unit the mattresses were worn and the sheets were very old. Both the mattress on the bed and on the couch needed replacement. The couch mattress had something on it that laptop making everyone sneeze when the sat on the unmade couch and triggered allergies when trying to sleep on mattress. We did end up putting the mattress on the floor because of the deep depressions in the form. The sheets had pulling on them and the little “balls” on them were annoying. The shower was also a challenge in getting a consistent warm temperature. It would go from hot to cold extremes. The unit was most adequately equipped. I can’t think of anything we missed for preparing meals, even when inviting 2 more people, making a total of seven.

When we first arrived and opened the 3 sliding doors to the closet, they all fell off their rails. They are tall and heavy. After much struggle I was able to get them back on. Also, the bedroom lamp switch is also a hazard. I would have replaced it if I had some tools. I told your rep about it when he called to check on us. Overall we had a wonderful time! The location was great! The condo was clean and the amenities were great! The price was also very reasonable for all that you get!

Upon my arrival, the property was on the first level and the parking was right in front of the property. Easy access to get in as, I followed the instructions from the owner who emailed me. The property was small but doable. It was four of us. The couch was a pulled out which was perfect for my two little ones. I was in heaven when I saw there was a washer and dryer. The owner provided a lot of accessories especially beach chairs, beach toys, and etc. The kitchen was just perfect where it provided everything. Our view from the beach was just beautiful when the sunset was showing. Walking distance to a lot of cool places like the beach, little market, ABC Store, and etc. The lady upstairs was nice. The only con I would say when your walking around inside the property you can hear your footsteps so, it feels like we are being loud even though we aren’t but you can hear the people upstairs when they’re walking around. Other than that the place was Amazing. They do have a A/C unit which keeps the place nice and cool. The pool is a walking distance but eh we needed the walk and they also provide a grill as well. The owner would check on us here and there to see how was our stay or if we needed anything else through a text. I recommend this place to give it a shot.
It’s a cute small condo with a great view of the ocean. The family and I (4 of us) enjoyed staying at the property. The lady upstairs was very nice. Everything is walking distance especially the beach. Loved that there was a pull out bed for the kids! There’s extra accessories that I definitely used like they provided folding chairs to take, beach bucket toys, basket, swimming supplies, and etc. The property stayed in contact with us and checking on us. Easy access to get in and the parking is literally in the front of the property. The pool is a little walking distance but we enjoyed the pool! Glad they provided a washer and dryer cause I used that machine lol. I highly recommend it. Mahalo

The location was perfect. It was just a short walk to town. It’s peaceful and not noisy. The apartment was located on the first floor and the designated parking was right around the corner. There was no problem getting around town. I would highly recommend renting the apartment. I always enjoy visiting the Big Island.

The condo was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the indoor space. The complex itself had issues. The water was shut off on Monday during our stay. There was a plumbing company there all day making a lot of noise. The rest of the week we felt we were staying in a construction zone. It was very loud in our unit all day. The pool area was very basic very little landscaping. It felt more like a community pool. We would not plan on staying there in the future.

It was a great location just above the town. 4 minute drive. The place had everything we needed to cook some fish we caught, beach chairs, beach towels. The washer and dryer were great for us. We will be back again.
Property itself was great however we had an issue where someone was able to access the property we assume someone who has the key code- worker or old guest.
Luckily what was stolen had a tracker on it and we got it back but I would insist on new entry code between new guest. That being said they were able to help us and once that was done we had no other problems and enjoyed our stay.
