Very comfortable and easy walk to many restaurants. We just did a 4 day trip and didn’t rent a car. It was a fun time.
My friends came to visit and we decided to have a girls weekend in Kona! This property’s location was perfectly located on Alii, easy access to all of the shops, restaurants and bars. We left our car parked all weekend and were able to walk to all of our destinations. Check-in process was a little confusing with the key code but the property manager was helpful. The property was well kept and clean, we had a wonderful time overall!

I will definitely be booking this beautiful condo again. It was quiet and peaceful, perfect for just my husband and I. The condo was definitely big enough if we wanted to return with my pre-teens. You can beat the location ,its nestled right in Kona and near some delicious restaurants, AbC store, Hulihee Palace and food trucks. I'm originally from Hilo and just returned back from Juneau Alaska where I work remotely so I'm familiar with the area and know a gem when I see one. Part of me doesn't want to disclose the awesomeness of this unit in hopes, to selfishisly have more availability for myself and friends when they want to visit the Kona side. Kelli maintains her property and communicates effectively. All the information we needed was sent to us upon booking and was very easy to understand. This is my new favorite spot!
The property manager, Keli, was very responsive with questions I had after arriving. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this condo. The Lanai was my favorite spot in the evening to relax with a glass of wine and view the ocean sunset. I would recommend for others and stay here again myself.

I wish we would have stayed at this property for our entire trip. Centrally located to everything and great for the teenagers who wanted to go do their own thing, so my husband and I could enjoy our own activities.

Location cannot be beat. Cozy condo with covered parking and a spacious deck overlooking Ali'i Street and the ocean. Great snorkling at the pier and countless restaurants to choose from in walking distance.
Obvious attempts to improve flooring in the unit however the bedroom was carpeted and very dark and damp smelling. Otherwise all was clean and as expecred. Very comfortable for a few days with our young family in the city. Kelli was an attentive host. Would definitely recommend.
This was a great place to stay. Just a couple minutes walk to the ocean and many restaurants. The noodle shop just across the street from the garage entrance was great!
The owner was great about communicating with us.
