It was a very nice place. Wish we would have found all the beach chairs and accessories sooner. They were found as family members were packing. The place had everything you needed! (But air conditioner)Ocean view and pool were nice.

This property had everything my family and I needed for our weeklong stay. The location was perfect and amenities were plentiful. We are already looking at a return trip. You will not be disappointed
Inside was beautiful with comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen was well stocked with seasonings and lots of dishes, pans and utensils. TV worked great though we didn’t use it very often. Also the Bose soundbar let us listen to our favorite music. Pool, BBQs and grounds were well taken care of. Also loved having the Green Flash right next door for an easy morning meal. This place was very convenient to every place we wanted to visit on the island. Highly recommend!!

Lots of space for our party of 5. Very comfortable condo with beautiful Hawaiian decor. In the absence of air conditioning, the bedrooms remained relatively cool at night with open windows and fans. However, the living room with pull out couch was uncomfortably hot for sleeping. Aside from that, this property is very clean, cozy and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!!

From the moment we arrived, this home did not fall short on anything. The hosts have such a good intuition on what the guest will need, everything is stocked perfectly. The home was clean, inviting and the views were breathtaking from their Lanai. Twila, checked in to make sure we arrived safely and made herself available if we needed anything. Very kind.
We didn’t want to leave after a week but we will be sure to visit again.
If you are looking for a great centralized spot in Kona and want a relaxing and peaceful home to go back to after a busy day, this is it! I highly recommend this home. PS. It’s our second stay her and after 8 years it was even better than before!
Sea village is a beautiful well kept property along the ocean front. Twila’s condo is a modern, updated condo in great condition. It was well equipped for cooking all meals during our stay. Beds were comfortable. Furniture was more than adequate. Accessories for going to the beach were great although one more chair for a group of 4 would be nice. A welcome gift of coffee, wine and chocolate were a nice touch and greatly appreciated. All of this made for an awesome week stay on the Kona coast of hawaii. Thanks, Craig Smith
Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with appliances and spices. Owner very responsive to any questions. Towels were so plush! Late checkout (11am) was nice. Is a little south of downtown but walkable and a great area to stay!
The property was in a nice location and the view from the balcony was amazing.
Very nice place to stay. Clean, nicely furnished, spacious and perfectly located to shops and restaurants. Would recommend as a great place to stay. Only down side is no AC. If nights aren’t cool with a breeze it’s somewhat uncomfortable.
