Absolutely Outstanding!!!! Beautiful home in every way!! We felt like family visiting!! Nothing but perfect!! The Keiki pond was so much fun. We walked to old town Kona several times for dinner or a snorkel spot. Every room has a breath taking view! Beds were super comfortable. The kitchen is a chefs kitchen. It has everything you could need!! Can’t wait to return!!
Images of this home do not do it justice. From the moment you walk in, you will feel as free as you do outside - it is 3 bedrooms but the home has fantastic vaulted ceilings, space and light.The location is phenomenal and while the beach can get understandably busy with families, the queens bath in front will definitely beckon the adults at high tide. I like to freedive and it was a great location to go north or south up and down the coast. The easy walk to downtown made the ali’i traffic “not our issue.” If we needed to reach Heather she responded in minutes. It was truly sad to leave such a dream location - I miss hearing the ocean and can’t wait to go back.
Our family of 4, including two teenage boys, stayed with here in late March for a spring break trip. Heather was amazing to work with. The location was perfect, walking distance to waterfront shops and food, short distance to big box stores for groceries, and right on the beach. The house is huge and the pool inviting. We were aware there was no AC and in March this wasn't terrible, but it was warm and we used the full window shades to the south during the day, and fans within the home to circulate the breeze off the ocean. We're from Washington, so heat takes a bit for us to acclimate to, so this wasn't huge issue. The host was on top of all of our questions and even worked with us for a late check on our red eye flight out. Made for a great memorable stay. Mahalo Heather!!
What a great week, the house was perfect for our group of 7. Location made it easy to see a lot of things in a timely manner.
At the end of our month long stay, we were able to extend for 10 days. Thank goodness, we loved it here! It's better than the pictures.

Amazing property for 3 separate families! We all had our own “wings” of the house with our own bathrooms. Location was amazing, walking distance downtown and to Kona brewing! The pictures don’t do the property justice. Everything we needed the house had available. Heather was quick to communicate back on any questions I had prior to the trip. Would recommend this house to all my friends/family.
The house was perfect for our family. It was big enough for us to spread out and still be together.
With all of the windows and doors open, the ocean breeze kept the house cool. It was also amazing to be able to fall asleep to the sounds of the waves.
We also had lots of fun exploring the beach right outside the house.
It’s a wonderful place to stay. You can enjoy your coffee while the children play on the beach or swim in the pool. Walking distance to the market place and other boutiques. The scenery is fantastic and the house is extremely spacious and accommodating.
From start to finish, was an outstanding stay. House was as shown, beautiful, clean, nicely appointed, and felt like a home away from home. Location is amazing, we look forward to a stay again next year! Thank you!
This property was everything we expected and more! Definitely will return to this beautiful property and delightful owner. Great views! Easy access to airport and Kailua-Kona shopping and restaurants.
This was our 2nd stay and we love this home! The location can't be beat - Keiki beach on your doorstep, walking distance to Kona brewery, Umekes, and a little further to downtown Kona. Harbor nearby for boating excursions.
The home has everything you need and is a family home- clearly loved and taken care of. Heather & Joe are very responsive and helpful. Our hope for the future is that the mattresses get replaced as they are getting old and it's probably time. (My husband had back issues while there & ultimately ended up sleeping on the couch for firmer support.)
But pictures don't do this property justice! The front bedroom is probably the best on the island! Hopefully we get to come again soon :)
Killer sunrise and sunset over looking the crashing waves. Close to beach, town, excursions. This home had it all.

This home is fantastic for families of all ages. It is perfectly placed on the end point of a cove with unobstructed views and access to the Keiki Ponds, beach, lava rocks and tide pools for exploring and the fabulous sound of the ocean waves. Seriously, stop scrolling and book this home for your vacation!
This home was wonderful- beautiful inside and outside. And what a great location! The home was well equipped with anything we needed. We did not want to leave. We will be back!

The house and location were perfect for enjoying the surf and sunsets. The outdoor space (2 lanais) and the pool were incredible for enjoying the wonderful January weather that we had. The grounds and pool were maintained beautifully and there was adequate shade to enjoy the outdoors at any time of the day. The photos don’t do the property justice as the house is very spacious and long. There is sand and volcanic rocks around the property and the daytime use was fairly active with young families.
The kitchen was stocked with every imaginable appliance and tons of condiments and spices and even leftover bottled and seltzer water. (Thank you). The bathrooms had all the amenities including shampoos, lotions, sunscreen, insect repellent and hair dryers.
We had a disappointing hiccup upon arrival as no key was left for us and we had to wait over an hour for the on site property manager to let us in. I noticed that the house could use a deep cleaning as there were dirty baseboards and corners on the floors and some kitchen cabinetry needed scrubbing. The home is beautiful but showing some wear; touch up paint and a scuff remover (like Mr. Clean Magic eraser) would work wonders. Despite these little things, the stay was magnificent and I would select this property again in a heartbeat if given the opportunity.
