Very clean, well maintained, comfortable and very close to Kailua beach.
Koi Palms has it all—cozy comfort with lovely decor, koi pond just outside the windows with beautiful fish and the calming sound of falling waters, shady parking beside a private gate, quiet and well-tended neighborhood, easy 5-10 walk to both the beach and Kailua town, and, finally, very friendly and helpful owners on site. Grab it if you can!
The comfortable, stylish, and nicely equipped space host Tricia has created at Koi Palms is an ideal base for a couple to explore the multiple pleasures of Kailua and Oahu, with easy, quick access to some of the planet's most gorgeous beaches. Highly recommend.
Very nice place in a great location. Short walk to Kailua beach and close to everything else in Kailua. We had a great vacation there.
Great communication with host. Very responsive. Offered to pick up a few groceries to get us started, since we were coming in late at night. Attentive to our needs. Shower head popped off and had a brand new one installed by the time we returned to the property. Bottom line five star property and host.
I couldn’t be happier with my stay. The owner was friendly and communicative. The property was exactly as advertised: clean, quiet, and ~5 minutes from the beach on foot. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone considering a trip to Kailua.
Very comfortable.. bed, sofa, bedding. Kitchen has everything you need, super plus is they have beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler to use..
Location…really close to Kailua Beach Park and shopping.

Great location! The cottage had absolutely everything you could ask for and more. So close to beach and shopping/dinning. Trica and Eric were very accommodating. Would not want to stay anywhere else on our next visit to Hawaii.
Everything was beautiful. Finding the location was easy. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was stocked with everything we could need. Our stay was short so we didn't use the kitchen or laundry, but they seemed in good order as well.
The only thing that left we wanting was that there was nothing left for us in terms of food. The owners graciously offered to pick up items for us ahead of time, which we would pay back later, but other cottages I have previously stayed in come with a small welcome basket of bagels or muffins, jam, fruit and milk or juice. I think this small addition would make the cottage absolutely perfect.
