This was a great condo with everything you need and super clean and comfortable. The location in Kona could not be better. Walking distance to everything, not to mention the beautiful sunsets right outside your door!
Good place for a few people. Covered parking is nice. It doesn't have an oven which surprised us (although the listing never says it does). We would stay there again.

This condo is in a great location for driving or walking to nearby restaurants and shops. The set up is very comfortable and we enjoyed the lanai overlooking the pool and a glimpse of the ocean. Great hosts!
This unit is very well equipped, clean and super fast internet. The complex is also secure and has a nice big pool. The condo is In town and I had great communication with the host.
This was such a great location. We walked everywhere. The beach supplies were awesome. We appreciayed the cooler. The pool was great!
We love vacationing in Kona and often stay in a nearby condo. (It was unavailable when we booked this trip and we feel fortunate to have found it.) KJ’s Place rises to our top choice because of the spaciousness, stylish furnishings, wonderful double shower, sense of security and beautiful views. The apartment is fully staged with kitchen utensils, dishes and a big bonus: beach gear - from a full size surf board down to reef-friendly sunscreen.It was easy to keep the place clean with a simple effective vacuum and having an in apartment washer/dryer allowed for lighter packing of clothing. We had absolutely no problems with this unit. Communication with the owner was smooth and pleasant! 5+ stars in every way!! We hope to return to KJ’s Place for our next trip to Kona.
We enjoyed staying here and loved the location. Really appreciated the host’s suggestions on the places to visit that were detailed in the green binder. The bed was comfortable the rain shower was great. The beach chairs and umbrella served us well. Thanks for having peroxide so I could address my knee from being tossed around by the ocean and scraping it up on lava rocks. Magic Sands Beach kicked my butt!!! Great memories for our third trip to the Big Island and was grateful to come “home” to KJ’s Place. Mahalo!
My husband, daughter and I had a fantastic stay! Many things are within walking distance and the covered parking is nice! The pool was great and the place was well stocked with beach items. The washer/dryer was great!
We had the best time in Kona and it was made so much better because of the beautiful condo we stayed in! It has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Perfect location, comfortable bed, huge shower, washer dryer. Would def stay again! Thank you so much!
Lovely property, very clean and comfortable and perfectly located - just steps away from shops and restaurants in downtown Kona. Terrific communication from the host meant we had zero questions or issues when we arrived.
Loved having allocated covered parking too, we will definitely stay here again!
