I love this property. First floor is the best ever.
Perfect location for a Hawaiian getaway! Condo is clean, stylish, and well-appointed - the half bath is definitely a bonus.We spent many mornings on the patio sipping coffee enjoying the ocean breeze and sunsets on the immaculate lawn in the lawn chairs. It was a great slice of paradise!
Great location, updated pool and unit. The grounds were exactly what we were looking for so our kids could explore and we could watch the sunsets or sip our coffee. The owners were quick with communication and the on site Mgr was helpful. Only small thing would be to have some spare beach towels and umbrella for guests.
Nicely remodeled condo. First floor location was ideal with patio access to green space. Wonderful sunsets from the patio.

This may be the best location in Maui to stay. We stayed here for a week and we would choose this place again.
Adequate for a booking that was last minute. Could use a beach umbrella. Neighbours for first 3 nights were very loud well after midnight.
The grounds are beautiful and the property had everything that we needed. The condo came with pots, pans, dishware, and utensils and the bed was pretty comfy. Having 1.5 bathrooms was also amazing.
Everything was amazing, but the roosters. We did not realize the roosters started crowing between 2-3 am and did not stop until around 8am, when it was too late to go back to sleep. Being on the ground floor with no A/C, we had to keep our bedroom windows open and it sounded like the roosters were right outside our windows.
Other than the roosters causing sleepless nights, the condo was great to stay at and in a very convenient location.
We loved the green space, great for people watching and yard games. It was fun to gather and watch the sunset. The location was close to many things and everything worked out great.
I have stayed before and would certainly return to the KSurf. The unit we stayed in was very comfortable. It had almost everything we needed. It was missing a cutting board. When I called the management about about another small issue, I mentioned the cutting board and they quickly addressed the issue and also brought us 3 cuttings boards, I was impressed. The unit could use a pull out couch for kiddos, but otherwise great place to stay.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this condo immensely. I loved the 1st floor unit where we could just walk out and enjoy the sun, grassy area and pool. The downside to the 1st floor is that we didn't feel comfortable leaving the windows open at night...but during our stay in late December we were very comfortable - not too hot.
The unit included a good array of cooking implements, wifi, a TV with cable, beach chairs, and a small cooler. You could check out lawn games from the office - croquet, bocce ball, mini golf clubs. The office also had a large selection of DVDs...but who has time to watch movies while in Maui?? Wild chickens, roosters and a multitude of birds were chirping and crowing at all hours of the morning and day, but we are early risers so no big deal.
You'll want a car if you stay here, there are only two restaurants within easy walking distance. To get to more restaurants is about a mile walk, which for us took almost 30 minutes. I think that for most places in Maui, you will want a car, it is just too spread out here.
The Keawakapu beach is only a 3 minute walk away and is gorgeous. This is also where you will find two restaurants on the beach - the 5 Palms and Sorrentos. We ate at each restaurant once. The food was good but pricey, but what do you expect with the gorgeous view?
Back to the condo - it was clean, well-maintained, a little dated...but was perfect for what we wanted. I would recommend this condo to a friend and would return myself.
