Like the location , love the ground floor. AC and fans are great. One comment. There is too much stuff in the unit. The side table as you come in the door really makes maneuvering harder than it needs to be. Would also be great to have a few luggage racks.
Overall this was a great location. Very nice condo. It was equipped with everything you can imagine (except pineapple corer, boogie board). The only negatives were the master shower drained very slow and we had a small leak around washer. The manager said they would take care of it after we left. We had to keep towels down to prevent it from leaking to living room rug. The living room sliding door needs some WD40. All in all we would definitely recommend this condo.
This condo was perfect for me and my husband and his elderly parents. My in-laws enjoyed sitting out on the patio every morning and enjoying the view. The condo is well stocked with everything you need and Linda the property manager is helpful with any questions you might have. We hope to come back here again!

The place was fully equipped and with easy access to the beautiful beach and ocean. It was a blast to see turtles everyday. The property was clean and well maintained, the location is also perfect. Highly recommended!
Our stay was quiet and peaceful. We had 4 in our party and the condo was spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. We appreciated the beach chairs, snorkel gear, cooler and beach towels available to us. Good food and grocery stores nearby. The complex has old-school vibes, which we enjoyed. When we accidentally left behind some items after checkout, the owner was very responsive and helpful in assisting us.

This unit is incredible! From the moment you open the door, it welcomes you in. You look straight across through the patio doors to open lawn and palm trees. The unit is beautifully decorated and carries all the comforts of home. It has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is well stocked, the closets have beach equipment… I could go on and on, but yes, an amazing unit!
This was our first time to Maui and it could not have been better! This is a beautiful home in a fantastic location! Our hosts and house manager were so kind and responsive- everything was taken care of above and beyond our expectations. We completely recommend this home for your next Maui stay!
I rented this condo for my mom, her husband, my brother and his girlfriend. They all enjoyed the location, space inside and out and the well-working air-conditioner! We would all recommend this property!
There was everything we needed, my parents are elderly and having extra accessibility items was much appreciated. Having 3 miles of beach to walk every morning was fantastic!. I love the area although not in the middle of town.

We loved this place. It essentially had two separate suites with king beds. Each room had its own bathroom and a barn door to the hallway which makes it feel very separate. There was a comfortable living room, small kitchen and lanai looking out on the ocean. It was centrally located with easy access to anything you might need. Kihei is not as posh as some other areas but it felt safe and had long stretches of beaches right outside the door. The condo had everything you might need, from curling iron to beach chairs and towels. Easy check in and lots of parking. Loved it.
