This unit had all the conveniences of home and was ready to be enjoyed by the time we arrived. It was very well equipped, and we didn't need to look for or purchase any additional items for our stay (other than food). Everything worked, and we did not need to contact management during our 7-day stay. Checking into our unit was very easy. Management provided the code ahead of time, and all we had to do was punch it in, and we were in. The unit was very warm inside when we arrived, but once we set up the two A/C units (one up in the loft and the other in the bedroom downstairs) and all the fans, the room started to cool down. There were 5 of us, so one person used the sofa bed. It was easy to set up, although the memory foam mattress is a bit thin and might be uncomfortable for some adults. I recommend bringing an eye mask for those staying in the loft or sofa bed. It's very bright. The pool was very clean, and next to it, there was a working spa. The neighborhood was very quiet, and you only needed to get around another property in front of this one to get to the beach (2 min. walk). We spent our first day at this beach and saw an amazing sunset. There is a market right around the corner, as well as shops and some food places. This was a great location for us since we used it as a jumping point to do the Haleakala Crater Sunrise, kayaking/snorkeling in Turtle Town, Lahaina Luau, and 18 minutes from the airport. Without a doubt, we would consider staying here again.
The images are fairly accurate. It was a bit more cluttered than appears in the photo.The biggest issue was that the unit was getting a new roof the week we were there and there was not communication of that ahead of time. One of our guests was hit with a falling nail and there were screws and nails on the stars leading to the unit. The biggest issue was the banging during the day. We had a toddler that napped and that made it difficult.The owner refunded us 350 of our stay. I will defer to the reader whether that was adequate or not. In general, I would have preferred up front communication and a chance to make a different choice.

The location being within walking distance to the beach and shopping was great!We had to reach out to the host for one thing and the fast and professional response was amazing. It was a little smaller than what we were expecting but was still manageable and would stay there again.

We had a great time in Maui, but our stay here was only just okay. Place was relatively clean with comfortable beds and accommodated shampoo/body soap. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, cutlery and dishware. Some of our less desirable experiences: a cockroach snuck out during late-night cooking. We captured and released outside, but we were uneasy going into the kitchen all week. We were told there would be coolers but it seems like a previous renter must have taken them, so that was a disappointment. We liked having a washer/dryer in-unit, but the dryer lint catch was broken and ripped up a few pieces of our clothing.

This property had everything we needed, including a blow dryer! It was very close to shopping and places to eat. The beach was only a few feet away and had lots of sea turtles! The neighbours were very friendly. We had a couple of issues, but the property management company dealt with it promptly. I would recommend to my friends and we would stay here again.

The condo is very well stocked with nearly everything you may want and the management company is extremely responsive to requests. The condo is a 1/2 block walk to the beach and 1/2 block to a grocery store. There are great restaurants all within a 5 mile radius and Kaanapali is a 45 minute drive if you want to take the drive.

Great stay, perfect for a family. Amazing proximity to the beach. Has its own pool. At little but North of the main area of Kihei but still close to tons of shops and grocery stores. Only downfall is the condo does have some items like pool noodles and snorkels but it is stuff that I think travellers have left behind.
Everything was perfect. The condo is close to everything. It is very well equipped, and very clean. The beach in front of the condo is small but there are lots of turtles! We loved everything! I have no negative comments to say.

Place was clean, quiet and conveniently located behind a grocery store and small shopping center with bar/restaurants and yummy pie shop. Unit is close to parking lot and also faces the street with available parking. Pristine pool. Walk to coffee. Walk to beach. Can walk along the sandy beach but it's a little rocky for getting into water. Easy drive to restaurants, shopping areas, other beaches. Comfortable amount of space for five people. I had no issues in which to contact management during my stay.

This was the perfect spot for our home base in Maui. Conveniently located close to the airport (central location!) and walking distance to a beach and lots of restaurants. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay as well.
Nice property. Quite large. Very well cared for. Great location 2 minutes walk from a small beach. 5 minute walk to restaurants, post office, shopping etc. Easy 5 minute drive to the main beaches. And quiet at night. I’d definitely stay here again! 3 star rating for check in was because code didn’t work which left us calling the emergency number at 10:30 pm standing outside the property. But they called back right away and gave us the right code so was impressed with their responsiveness!

Great location and amenities! Two adult couples shared this condo. It was a perfect size and well equipped: beach towels, chairs, snorkeling equipment, all the typical kitchen equipment. We cooked most of our meals and used the outdoor grill a few times. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Washer & dryer were awesome. Thanks for providing the dish washer pods and laundry pods! So close to the beach! Pool and hot tub were wonderful! Close to grocery store!

I will start off by saying the unit we rented was nice overall. We arrived to our unit around 730pm at night, after picking up groceries on the way from the airport. The beds were messy, bathrooms dirty and nothing had been cleaned yet. I called Bello, connected to the after hours line and spoke with Jason. After he tried to figure out what happened, he called back to let us know he had another unit we could go to for the night, which was about 10 min away. Ok, great. We decide to leave the groceries in the unit so we could grab dinner and would then grab all our stuff to go to the next place. We get to the new place, with all our groceries and try to get in with the code Jason gave me and it doesn't work. We try multiple times. It doesn't work so I call Jason back. No answer. I try again. No answer. I try several more times. No answer. I start getting concerned because its 10pm, we're exhausted, we're in a place we've never been, we have no place to stay and I can't get a hold of the company at this point. I decide to email and shortly get a reply to try a different code as well as an explanation that Jason couldn't answer the phone (which I later find out was due to him boarding a flight). We finally get into the second unit with the second code. We are relieved. In the morning, we go talk to Bello employee Bryce to explain what happened (he had not heard yet) and figure out where we'll be staying the rest of our stay. At that point we just wanted to stay in the new place due to not wanting to move everything again. The unit we were placed in was not available the time we would be there for. Bryce brought up that maybe we could just move to the unit right next to it since that one was available and we thought that'd be a reasonable accommodation, however he had to ask Jason. After all was said and done, they said we had to go back to the first place due to the price difference. They comped the first night and took off cleaning fee.

People in the surrounding rooms near the beach were so friendly as well. I would recommend especially if you have a little family - kid friendly
