The property was perfect. Super quiet and down Home just our speed. It was so nice. We decided to extend our stay another week. I highly recommend.
We had a great stay. The property was just as described. Great space with close proximity to the beach. Would definitely come again.
Bed was very comfortable. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Bar BQ kept clean by maintenance staff. A/C in the bedroom would vibrate every couple minutes for about 3 seconds but you get used to it and sleep thru it.

Well supplied with with everyday items . Excellent location for travel and steps away from beach and pool. Condo could use a little TLC and a new set of sheets . We would book this rental again. Pool , hot tub and barbeque were well maintained and clean.
Great, convenient location. Lovely suite with big communal living area. Fantastic view of the sunset over the ocean.

We had the pleasure of traveling to Maui during a holiday weekend. unfortunately we did not have the access code to the pool until the office opened on Tuesday but with all that said still a 5/5 experience.

This condo is in the perfect location, close to shopping, beaches and restaurants. The place is well stocked with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a great time staying at this condo. It is right along the beach and is in a great location to get to other areas on the island. The home was very clean, updated and had the basic necessities. The bed was super comfortable! The pool and hot tub are very close to this condo. It was a quiet place to stay. The management company was very responsive. The toilet chain broke one morning and it was fixed within 2 hours. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo!

We had a wonderful stay at Luana Kai with our family (in a differnt unit) - a week was not long enough! The property management company was very responsive and considerate of our questions leading up to and during our stay.
The unit was great for us (2 adults and a 2.5 year old) being on the ground floor, with a pack-n-play for our daughter and other ammenities such as chairs and a shade tent for the beach! The unit was comfortable and clean. My only recommendations would be to consider replacing the bathroom fan (very loud and clunky), and to provide some basic instructions for the washer/dryer and where to find the laundry detergent (which we found the last day in the kitchen)

After leaving our previous accommodation due to flooding, we were so happy to get into this accommodation on such short notice. The property managers had the condo cleaned and ready for us within only a few hours. We had such a great experience overall. It was a beautiful space, steps from the pool, and all the amenities and gear we needed for our 10 month old. We would love to stay again!

Received great communication from property manager. Condo was clean and in a great spot. The only down side is that it was located next to the outside stairs and we can hear everything. However that was minimal compared to the overall stay.

This place is so perfectly located and convenient to reaching all the great spots on the island, and you can also forego the car and just walk right out to the beach.
The checkin process was very clear and easy. Property was well maintained. Questions were answered in a timely manner. We really enjoyed our stay.

The pool is literally outside the patio and we were able to enjoy it almost every day! Loved the location and everyone on site was super nice.

What a treat it was to stay within walking distance to the beach where turtles often come up to bask in the sun. Our unit was very clean and well equipped for fun at the beach. Parking was close to the condo, which made it nice as well. I plan on staying there again, when we go back to Maui.
Very clean condo. The floors were the cleanest of any I've ever rented. The bed was really comfortable.
