The Condo was very nicely decorated and great use of space. My daughter and I stayed here for 6 days and had a wonderful stay. The owners were super receptive to any requests. Everything looks brand new. Super comfortable location was quiet, nice lanai for breakfast every morning.
This was a perfect place to stay for our family! Close to the beach, pool, and town. Svetlana was a very responsive and helpful host. Highly recommend! :)

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely condo near Poipu Beach, and we can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the space. It was spotless, making it feel welcoming and comfortable right away. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, allowing me to prepare meals with ease. Whether I was whipping up breakfast or making a simple dinner, I found everything I needed, from cookware to utensils. It truly felt like a home away from home.The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring that I got a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the beautiful island. Waking up refreshed made my vacation even more enjoyable.One great feature of this condo is the weekly cleaning service, which kept everything in top shape without being intrusive. It was nice to come back to a tidy space without having to worry about daily maintenance.The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, always available to answer questions or provide recommendations. Comfortable, firm bed with mini kitchen amenities. Owner was very responsive and communicative. Would recommend a stay here. Future Travellers should note that there is no oceanview with this particular unit, but a lovely garden and lawn area. It’s very private, and one of the units to the very back. We were surprised, given our previous stays at Kiahuna plantation, that there weren’t any beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. So please keep this in mind if you have children or hoping for beach toys.
We really loved Kiahuna Plantation, it’s a perfect choice if you’re staying in Poipu. The unit we stayed in was very well furnished and clean. Quiet location.
This Condo was amazing! Kiahuna Plantation is the best location on Kauai with the best beach on the island! Everything is within walking distance! Restaurants, Shops, Beach, hiking, surfing, and Poipu Beach Club are all within 5 minutes walk. The beach has a nice grassy park area where can hang out on beach chairs provided by the resort. They have a beach hut for renting surf boards, boogie boards, and have towels for the resort guests. We were also provided complimentary access to the Poipu Beach club that has a pool, gym, Bar and grill, and tennis courts. Host was amazing and we will definitely stay here again!
The only thing wrong was lack of AC and veiw, but very nice lodging. WELL stocked kitchen.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is very nicely decorated, clean and well appointed with brand new appliances. The grounds are beautiful, management and concierge are very professional and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants within a short drive and it is conveniently located to visit the Waimea Canyon. Beautiful Kiahuna beach is within walking distance from the condo and is now our favourite beach on the island - small but not too crowded. The beach hut provides you with fresh towels - so does the athletic center across the road. Noise was not really an issue for us. We would happily stay there again.
Going into this, we knew there was no air conditioning, but we did not realize there are no actual windows, but instead shutters you can open and close. This works great for letting in the breeze, but it also lets everything else in such as noise and smoke. It's made worse by the fact that the bedroom is at the front of the condo by the common area. So when we tried to sleep, we had to breathe the cigarette smoke from people smoking in front and listen to the people upstairs stumble home drunk. The bed itself wasn't too comfortable either and we wound up leaving this place halfway to get a room at the Westin and get some sleep.
Communication from the host wasn't great either. When I booked, I asked for any tips on local places and I got a reply in broken English with a dead url. As we got closer to our check in, I never heard from the host, so I reached out and got a short one sentence reply (nothing was laid out in the description). Finally, the host never reached out after we left early. I get that they didn't owe us anything, but would have been nice since they should have gotten notice from the property management that we left early.
Overall, this place was clean and in line with its description. However, I can't recommend anyone to stay here because of the noise and other factors, hence the rating
Our family of 4 stayed here in March and it was the perfect location, the beach is less than a 5 minute walk through the grounds and the pool and fitness center were just as close (perfect for a quiet late night swim and a cocktail). The condo was the perfect size with all the amenities we needed and it was nice and cool and quiet! Checking in was a breeze and the cleaning and towel service was a great bonus! We will definitely rent this place again if we decide to stay in Poipu!
