The place is beautifully appointed. The shampoo etc provided were lovely sent. However we were surprised not to have AC. It was stifling in the unit even with fans. Also, the DVD did not work. Nowhere to plug in, and extension cord didn't work. It would be helpful to have a map of the complex with direction to watch the sunset from the property.
The unit was very clean and had everything you could possibly want for a stay, including golf clubs. Check-in and check-out were easy. It is located in a nice area and was in a good spot for daily excursions. Landscapers were working every day making sure the grounds stayed beautiful. The furnishings and fixtures are dated, but practical. Without A/C, the unit temperatures were good for this time of year, although it might be much different during the summer months. We would stay here again if they replaced the mattresses; we tried to sleep in the spare bedroom as well, but all of the mattresses were very uncomfortable for us. This dropped our overall rating to a 4 out of 5.

The condo was perfect for our needs - we wanted to be near the ocean for the view, and near many different activities. I loved the property, the condo itself, and the tennis/pickleball courts - we used everything!
I loved the location. Far from the hustle and bustle but close enough to everything.
Unit is a large and comfortable. Good location in the complex, close to everything. A bit dated and could use some new bathroom towels, good beach chairs and kitchen items (knives, paring knife). I was worried about not having AC but it was very comfortable inside with lots of fans. Marisa quickly responded to our problem with the dining room fan/light. It was promptly replaced. The complex is in a great location, close to a little mall with a CVS, KTA grocery store, pub, theatre and shops. Beautiful tennis courts (& pickle ball) but you must have court shoes (which we didn’t bring). Nice pool with bathrooms and showers. I would have loved it to have a hot tub. Lots of BBQ’s and sitting areas. You can watch the sunsets and whales from the shoreline. It would be nice to have a covered smoking area (you may want to bring an umbrella for those tropical showers). There is even a small beach at the end of the complex which isn’t really good for swimming but you can sit on a chair and read a book. Complex location good for home base to rest of island. Weather tends to better than other parts too.
