Beautiful condo with amazing ocean views! We loved sitting on the lanai watching the sun set each evening! Location is a perfect jumping off point to exploring the other parts of the island. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Everything was very nice, the only complaints I would have would be the sliding glass door did not function at all in the bedroom and only partially working in the living room. Also there was no designated guest parking spot for this unit, so if the two visitor spots were taken, it could be a bit of a walk. Loved the unit though!

You can't beat the view from this condo! The unit was nicely decorated and well equipped and the AC was essential to our stay. The Surf and Racquet Club is a short drive from Kona and walking distance to a decent snorkeling beach. There's also a shopping center just minutes away which was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location . Breathtaking views .
I would like to start off by saying that the Condo and loaction was overall beautiful. Unfortunately the Property manager acted like a spoiled little Toddler when we called to ask about certain issues. 1st the air condition units (remotes) as well as TV (Remotes) needed new batteries. No problem, we fixed that.. 2nd, out of 4 sliding doors, only one worked (barely). Signs advised not to open them until they get fixed. 3rd, Parking was only available at the Guest spots, which usually had been occupied by the time we came home for dinner. That ment walking in pooring rain. All that is not readon to have a bad time, but when we called the Priperty Manager to ask what is planned, we got told right away, that we bothered him during dinner, repairs on the doors are not planned (we stayed 2 weeks) and if we dont like it, we could leave and find something else. All we asked for is "Sorry for the inconvenience". Again, the unit is great, but I will make sure to not do business again with Knutson & Associates
Loved the ground level ocean view, grounds and property. Everything we wanted with easy access to beaches, snorkeling, turtles, restaurants and grocery stores including Costco!
The condo was just perfect for two couples. It was clean and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay watching the sunset every night. Plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby. Especially recommend Sunset Kai Lanai.
The condo was perfect for two couples. The unit kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There was an abundance of towels, hand towels and washcloths. The patio was a great spot to watch the sunsets. The property management company checked in with us to see if everything was okay.

Great view of ocean, although oceanfront there is no noise disruption got quiet sleep. AC worked great and was very comfortable indoor temperature. Great tile floors throughout all the way out to lanai. Washer and dryer the cleanest I’ve experienced in the 8 consecutive years visiting the islands. Furnishings are old, bed is lumpy. Several light bulbs were not working, most notably the pendant lamps over kitchen island. Guest toilet runs if not tended to. Window covering for bedroom don’t go all the way to the mirrored wall creating huge peekaboo, lacking privacy for bedroom area. Biggest drawback no designated parking spot, and not enough visitor parking for the 2 buildings sharing the lot, only 2 spots for 2 buildings. Additional spaces available 2 buildings away.

Pros: nicely appointed, amazing views!!!, lovely landscaped property, located a nice distance from Kona Town, tennis, pickleball, ping-pong and pool. Assorted swim accessories in chest on lanai.Cons: bedroom off the Living room is not private-the sliding screens do not block out any sounds or light from the LR. No dresser in same bedroom-no place to put large luggage pieces Parking in Visitor spaces -only 2 available for the 2 bldgs in our parking lot. A little walk to other parking lots.Overall- I’d stay again-loved sitting on lanai and looking out before and during sunsets. Amazing and usually quiet.

Location, location, location! This condo is all about the location---right on the ocean. You can actually hear the ocean waves when you're in the condo. The air conditioning was great to have in all rooms as it was rather hot and humid during the day.
Will echo some of the other reviews about the glass sliding doors that lead to the lanai---they lock for some reason when you close them from the outside. They are also quite sticky and need some lubricant so they run smoother on the tracks. This was the case for the screen doors as well. They were quite difficult to open and only my partner was able to open them. They need be replaced as it is probably the sea water that has caused corrosion on the metal tracks.
Also, the unit was either missing/low on some basic cooking ingredients: no salt (we bought some and left it in the unit for future guests), no cooking spray (only cooking oil, of which there was a small amount left in the bottle), and no coffee for the coffee machine.
For those staying longer than 5 days, please note that they do not provide additional toilet paper or soap/shampoo than what is initially provided and they expect you to purchase your own if you run out. Kind of bizarre and a little ridiculous in my opinion.
As another reviewer also pointed out, the only parking spaces available are the visitor spaces as the owner apparently parks in the designated spot for this unit. That may require a little walk sometimes but that didn't bother us.

The Condo was very beautiful and great size. Kitchen beautiful and large. Back deck was a perfect place to watch the sunset and sunrise. Ocean view is fabulous. We had everything we needed in condo and more.
Don't think twice, just book this property! They had everything we needed during our stay including beach chairs, umbrellas, lots of fresh towels and linens, utensils, AC, and above all a beautiful view. We are already looking forward to our stay here in the future.
