The house was beautiful. We all enjoyed staying there, it had everything we needed. It was also in a convenient location, close to stores and restaurants. Everything was clean and Martha was very helpful.

The home and the location were perfect for our vacation! The house is comfortable and the pool was clean. It’s a short drive to a local shopping center, various coffee farms, restaurants, and Kailua-Kona. It’s also in walking distance to the coast, a canoe club, and several companies that offer boat tours and manta ray snorkel tours. The owner Martha made the check-in process easy and we had no issues whatsoever. We would definitely come back!
Great location, within walking distance to the ocean, shops, grocery store, golf course and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Private pool is wonderful!!
Six of us stayed at Martha's property and it was excellent. We were all absolutely thrilled with the accomodation.
Easy check in & fast reply time was really appreciated. The property was spacious, clean, well-kept and had everything that we required for our 9 night stay there (working washer, kettle, oven, utensils, cooking equipment, washing tablets, etc). The air conditioning in each bedroom & living room worked perfectly.
We loved the pool & outside space, and made great use of it every day. There are a couple of beaches that are < 5mins walk from the property which were perfect for watching sunrise/sunset from.
Supermarket was less than a 5 min drive away to grab groceries, and it was an easy 15 min drive into central Kona town.
Would definitely stay there if I visited the Big Island again!

The house was perfect for our family , it is close to everything you need supermarket, beach, and restaurants. We had a great time at the house in the pool it was great way to send our free time. Would stay again.

Stunning home in a quiet neighborhood with lots of room for 6 adults. All the amenities of home with a heated pool. Kitchen had all the cookware, utensils and a dishwasher. Washer and dryer onsite was so handy. Less than a 5 min walk to the ocean! Great communication with the owner. We would definitely go back!
