This is a great little condo with a nice lanai and view. Unfortunately it is run by Coldwell (you HAVE to sign their separate agreement from VRBO) and then it is managed by a local Hawaiian company. The air conditioning was broken and they failed to let us know ahead of time though admitted to letting the people know who stayed there before us. We had a portable unit that was loud and the output went through the screen door which made getting out to the lanai awkward. After I complained, they did compensate us 20% but it was really disappointing that they didn't let us know ahead of time. It's difficult to get a hold of the management company so I don't know how it would be if it was something more serious wrong.The unit is nice, the property is nice and clean though a bit outdated. I couldn't get the shower to work by the pool so we had to rub off sand with towels. Nice beach, walked just a short way to spot some turtles on the beach. Good location.
Loved this place to pieces. The pictures are accurate, the beach is a short stroll from the condo, amenities were above and beyond from beach chairs, snorkeling gear, a little cooler for outings, and kitchenware for those frugal vacationers like ourselves. The only critiques I would have are the bedroom floor creaks in the bedroom entryway is enough to wake up your significant other in the middle of the night, and one of the Patio Tables was so large it inhibited my Fiancé and I both from getting a great view of the sunset. The condo rules prohibit moving furniture around so we had to take turns on who got to comfortably see the sunset. The table was just too big to position two people to view the sunset comfortably, and finally the dryer in the halls were digital pay but when you pay 25 cents to dry it will only run for ten minutes at a time so we had to restart it at least ten times every ten minutes to finish drying our laundry. Other then all that this place was amazing and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
We were very pleased with our stay. We loved that the beach was about a three minute walk away, almost always had a lovely ocean breeze, and it was quiet.
We had a great stay at this property. Location was a little ways from the businesses in Kihei while close enough that you could be anywhere in 5 minutes or so within Kihei. The place was clean, and access was convenient. Our view from the place was that of the ocean and popping out to the beach for the sunsets was quite easy to do every night. This was a great location for a reasonable price.

The location and beach access is good. We had coffee in the mornings on the deck looking out at the water. The laundry was right across the hall from the unit and that was handy. Communication with the property manager was easy. We would stay here again.

The apartment was as advertised. It was clean and comfortable. The best part is access to the beach where you can walk for miles. You can watch whales playing in the bay from the balcony. The barbecue and pool areas get a little crowded in the evenings but most of the time the property is quiet.

When we booked this vacation rental we were not sure what to expect. We knew the location as my partner used to live in Kihei.First, the great parts: The condo is comfortable, breezy, and convenient to great dining, snorkeling, and shopping spots. In fact there is a pool, barbecue, and a beach on site. The bed is adequately comfortable and the kitchen/ beach accessories are welcome and make the stay more homey. We were able to do everything we needed and more from our location. Parking, too, is quite convenient. The staff welcoming us to the location was laid back and nice. Now some opportunities: The price is very high compared to the local salaries and food prices. About 2-3x or more. That said, this is not atypical for vacation rentals. A consideration is that vacation rentals like this price housing outside the means of locals and so we make local amenities out of reach for people who live in the area.That is really my only offer for opportunities- it really is a nice spot, the owners clearly like living there and offer quite a few comforts. I would stay there again.
