Beautiful accommodations, found them to be just as described as well as true to photos. Excellent location if you are wanting to explore the entire island. Shopping center right across the street has all your needs. The room had plenty of space for a family of 4, pool was amazing, and beach access doesn’t get much easier. On site day spa was excellent, we did not use the restaurant, only because we were never around for dinner. Would definitely stay here again

Candace’s condo was great and is in a great location on Kuai. Close to restaurants, shopping, etc.
The condo was exactly as described, clean, all appliances in working condition! Great view of the pool, comfortable beds and seating in the living room.If your on the fence, dont be, this property is excellent!
The condo was exactly as it was promoted. Clean spacious, great view. Perfectly located. Right on the beach and all the amenities you would want in a vacation suite. We will choose this place again if ever in Kauai again!
This condo views and location was perfection. It was quiet, being on the top floor, and the pool/water park was perfect for a family. The accommodations were exactly stated, kitchen was perfect and top of the line.
Overall our stay was very good and we really enjoyed the condo. We thought there would be more of a ocean view but it was more of a pool view which wasn't bad. Unit very clean and lots of accommodations with it. Really enjoyed the beach chairs and cooler to use.
This was our first visit to the island of Kauai. We loved every minute! The view from this condo unit is amazing. We enjoyed having the grocery store just across the street. Our kids loved the pool area with the slides as well as having the beach right there!
Great deal on Kauai! Great location! Recommend this place 100%. Only down side is pool is really cold, however that is not property owners fault, spas were wonderful :)
The property is CONVENIENTLY located on the island. A stop light leads you into the resort, with a protected cross walk to allow safe crossing to groceries and shopping. The light will make a left turn very easy when traveling to Lihue, Popui, or to the south side of Kauai. There is a walking/biking path that you can catch on the property and take it along the coast for several miles. The beach is accessible by walking. 4 beach chairs included for going to offsite beaches. Clean beach towel service is offered every day. The unit was clean, beds were comfortable. Appliances all worked, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and toaster. Lanai seating had ample room for our party of 4 adults. There were many families staying at the resort at the same time and noise level was still very low. All in all, we gave it a 5-star rating and would definitely stay here again if we can make it back to Kauai.
Highly recommended. Will book it again on future trips.

Absolutely loved our stay at this condo. Easy check in and the host was very responsive when we had a clogged kitchen sink. It was fixed the same day. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time at the resort! It is in the perfect location if you wish to do things on both sides of the island. We had an absolute blast! I would definitely recommend this resort whether traveling with just a partner or families with kids of any age. We had kids 18+ who had just as much fun in the pool and beach at the little ones we saw there!
Wonderful Kauai vacation. Location of condo was ideal with many restaurants close by. Easy to travel around the island. Condo was fully equipped with all necessities.
The only negative that has nothing to do with the unit or facility, there were some late night loud partying which I know is against their rules I don’t know the unit. But loved our time there!

Absolutely fantastic time in Kauai. It is our favorite island, more laid back and rural with breathtaking mountains and ocean views. The condo was amazing with the large sliding doors that allowed us to fully utilize the trade winds and not have to run the AC very much at all. The pool was a little chilly at times, but usually warmed up a bit towards the end of the day. The condo had everything that we needed and while we stocked up on food at Costco in Lihue, there is a Safeway within walking distance right across the street for anything that we might have forgotten or didn’t want in bulk. They also have a great selection of fruit. Overall it was one of the most relaxing vacations I have had in awhile and we will be back!
Condo itself was very nice. It was very spacious and had pretty much everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and it was very clean. The only thing I would suggest is coffee filters for the coffee pot. Also, the condo pool was very cold. I would suggest that they heat the pool when the outside temperature is only in the 70’s. It was just too cold to go in the pool. We only used the jacuzzi.
Great unit, loved the pool and hot tubs! Oasis had wonderful food and the spa was solid. We'd stay here again. Nice location, enjoyed being close to stuff, without feeling we were close.
This beautifu condo had an great view of the resort pool, without being noisy. The location was great. We could walk across the street to get groceries and several local restaurants were within walking distance & the Oasis on site had wonderful food. We were just a short drive from the Lihue aiport, where we started our majestic helicopter tour of the island. Whale watching tours were just a 35 minute drive south and Princeville is about a 45 minute drive north, where there is a beautiful private botanical garden (and chocolate tour). Condo is perfect for couples (2 full baths) or a family with 1 or 2 kids (if willing to share a queen bed).
Check in and out was easy, a little hard at first to find our unit. Unfortunately when we occupied our unit, the closest elevator was not operating so carrying our luggage 4 flights of stairs was a little challenging. Our room was clean, spacious enough for 5 adults, was equipped with kitchen appliances/supplies/utensils.
I've stayed at this resort at least 10 times over the past 10-15 years and absolutely love it. I wish there were better instructions for this particular unit about:
How to get to it via Building E; and
Where exactly the trash/recycling room is located.
I felt very badly about leaving our trash in the apartment.
We had a wonderful stay and the condo was perfect for our family of four. Very spacious and comfortable with three separate lanais! The kitchen was large, modern, and super well equipped. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, and cooler were a bonus. We especially loved the pool area with multiple hot tubs, slides, and waterfalls.
