Beautiful condo! Everything was perfect, comfortable beds, beautiful lanai with relaxing furniture and perfect view of the beach, so relaxing listening to the waves. Kitchen had everything you would need. Classy decor with great furniture and art work. Everything you need for the beach provided, beach chairs, umbrella, which was super important!! No detail was missed. Loved the two master suites with king beds! The grounds were impeccable. Parking is super convenient. The best unit in the complex! Thank you fior everything!
The moment we walked into Kara's condo we knew we were in for a fabulous stay. The view from the patio was breathtaking, the rooms were perfect to support 2 couples and the kitchen was so well appointed we thoroughly enjoyed all meals in. Too many special decorating touches to list but the condo was top notch. The grounds of the property were also gorgeous. We took the 2-minute walk to the beach and/or the pool every morning then enjoyed coffee on the lanai. Couldn't be happier with our stay. Kara was also so responsive and helpful. Truly a 5-STAR stay.
We stayed in this lovely condo mid- August 2025. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the living area and deck. The furnishings and decor were very nice. There were also beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, towels, coolers,and some snorkeling gear. We used these items while there and they were very beneficial in contributing to the enjoyment of our stay. Because there was no air conditioning, I would not stay there again. Even though the outside temps were in the mid 70's, which is mild compared to the heat in Arkansas at this time if year, it was incredibly uncomfortable inside, especially the bedroom. My husband and I both struggled to sleep due to being very uncomfortable at night. I was exhausted from lack of sleep during the entire trip. We did request additional fans and the owner did bring those, so we had 3 fans in our bedroom plus the ceiling fan. We Were also given instructions on how to reset the direction of the ceiling fan. We did this, but I really couldn't tell if it changed anything about the coolness. In order to attempt to keep it cooler we would close all the Window coverings to keep the sun out, but that took away the view and made the place look dark and gloomy. We cooked one meal (breakfast) and decided we wouldn't do that again due to causing the kitchen/ living area to heat up. There may be times of the year that this is not an issue, but for us the temperature and humidity level inside the condo was a huge factor in our ability to be comfortab
This condo was very well stocked! Kara was an awesome host. The blender wasn't working and Kara immediately got us a new one. Thank you for such a wonderful trip!
We stayed in this unit for 5 weeks during our Kauai visit and could not have been more pleased. It was everything we expected and more! The view was spectacular, with surfers frequenting the waters, and we enjoyed daily morning coffee and many dinners on the lanai. The unit itself was very comfortable and very nicely decorated with many island touches and the kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed. The mid-island location was ideal for both north and south activities. Kara was extremely responsive and it was comforting to know that she was there for advice or resolution. Overall, we were super happy with this property and would readily book there again!
This property was perfect! The condo was beautiful and the view of the ocean from the deck was spectacular! All the things we needed for the beach were there. We loved it and had a great time.
We were so happy that we stayed at this beautiful condo. We could not have asked for a better location for our first time on the Hawaiian Islands. Kara is a very personable host and was very patient and thorough answering my many questions prior to our stay. The condo is tastefully decorated and the pictures are exactly as we experienced it. The grounds are meticulously manicured and reminded us of a mini botanical gardens. The pool is spacious and very clean with lots of chairs. The beach on the property is wonderful. In fact, we decided that we considered it one of the top 5 beaches that we visited on the entire island due to its privacy and access. Great for little ones in the keiki area. Also saw many fish without snorkeling since the water was very clear. The location on the coconut coast was ideal if you want to be able to drive from one side of the island to another side for the many activities. We also loved the Marketplace that is a five minute walk from the condo with a variety of unique shops and a few restaurants. Try the Lava Lava Club.So much fun! The sunrises are an absolute bonus at this location. We are already talking about staying here again when we come back to this beautiful island.
A bit late leaving this review, but we had an incredible time and enjoyed our Kauai visit while staying at this property. Amazing views, very clean and prime location! Our young boys loved the pool area and the beach.
We had an absolutely wonderful visit! The condo was beautiful, classy and comfortable. Communication was superb. The location is near airport and central to all attractions.
Excellent kitchen. Excellent host, promptly addressed every communication. Just also provided restaurant suggestions, excursions and condo/property rules.
Property was everything we hoped for and Kara was a delight to work with.
Beautiful condo with a wonderful view! Condo was even better than the pictures and hotel quality, which was perfect for our stay. Nice beach, very convenient and short walk to restaurants and shops. Loved the restaurant on the beach next door where we chose to have cooked breakfast most days and drinks in the evening. Great location for driving around the island as well!
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our eight days at this condo with the spectacular view. The whole complex is well cared for, nicely landscaped, and in a good central location to easily go to all other parts of the island. The condo is exactly as listed - very nice!! We spent hours on the lanai - it is that scenic!

Wonderful spot, outstanding views, pool, ocean cove, and landscaping! We appreciated all the fans, comfy beds and kitchen supplies. Worth every penny on our first trip to Hawaii.

I'll admit I'm a skeptic about listings with gorgeous photos and claims about how wonderful everything is. Yeah...sure, I think to myself. Well this skeptic was wrong! We absolutely LOVED it! I had stayed at a nearby property in April and walked past it, so I knew it was a great location with beautifully maintained grounds. I've stayed at other properties that turned out to be party-centric, and this is a much mellower and friendlier crowd; I appreciated the expectation of quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. I didn't realize just how great the beach is there; I discovered it's more protected due to the shape of the beach. The unit itself was AMAZING. Very clean, fully stocked, tastefully decorated, comfy beds, and with a FABULOUS view. If a person is sensitive to heat, they may want to consider staying in a place with air conditioning (likely a hotel rather than a condo on Kauai). There is a nice breeze in the living room and the fans are great, however if a person is heat sensitive they might find it too warm if a fan isn't sufficient for them. All in all, I would highly recommend this and we would happily stay there again!!
We really made ourselves at home for our 10-day stay. The view, charm, comfort, and thoughtful details made this place easy to enjoy. The condo had everything we needed although my son would say air conditioning please. With that said there are many great ceiling and mobile fans. I also enjoyed the grounds, pool, beach and walking path nearby. Being in the water or outside under a palm tree in the heat of the day was super enjoyable. This is truly a special place. Thank you to Kara and family for sharing it with us!

This condo made us feel like we were on a dream vacation. The location is absolutely perfect, with the keiki beach, the pool and especially with the Coconut Market just 5 minutes away by foot, where you can dine and shop. A 5 minute drive will take you to all the necessities. The few times we stayed and cooked, the kitchen was fully stocked. No AC but never felt the need of it either, with the constant ocean breeze, and the ceiling fans. We slept like babies. Communication with host was easy. I truly wish we had never left. I hope we can come back in the future! Mahalo!

We managed to see wuite a lot: visits included the North area for Tunnel beach. The Botanical Garden Shipwreck Beach Kaapa Beach and even a Kayak Tour and Luau Fun times
We could not have been happier with our stay in this lovely condo in the Lae Nani complex, which is beautifully maintained. The condo itself is very comfortable with a perfect view of the beach from the lanai. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen had all of the things we needed to cook, including condiments and seasonings.
The condo included anything we needed to have beach fun, including beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, a beach umbrella, and coolers. We could easily walk right down to the fantastic small beach in front of the property and relax and swim there. The pool was quite nice as well if the ocean became too choppy or cold.
The location of this condo couldn't have been better. It is a five minute walk from several restaurants, bakeries, and shops, including gelato and a Jo Jo's Shaved Ice location.
The host was so friendly and attentive when messaged.
Overall we loved it here and would definitely stay again if we ever come back to Kauai.
Have a plan to see it all and relax early morning/nights listening to the sound of the ocean and seeing it? This is the place for you! Everything you need to relax...beautiful view, centrally located, pools, coffee shop near by, and close to the airport! Lovely little two bedroom condo.
Our stay at Lae Nani was everything we hoped it would be. The condo is extremely clean and the decor is beachy and charming. The view from the lanai is gorgeous. The beds and bedding are very comfy and there’s a fun restaurant, Lava Lava, right next door. Would love to stay here again.
The property was clean, comfortable and well equipped for a short or long stay. The owner was extremely responsive. Pickleball court on property was an added bonus. Would and will stay here again. Mahalo!

Amazing property, view, location! The condo had everything we needed- well stocked kitchen, beach gear, even a washer and dryer. The beds were very comfortable (living room furniture less so but we were early home to even use the space). Best of all was the amazing view from the lanai and the beach outside. We had such a great time! Thank you for the amazing accommodations.
