We absolutely loved our stay in this unit! We drank coffee on the covered lanai every single day and took in the beautiful, peaceful, quiet view. The unit was beautifully decorated with hawaiin themed decor. We enjoyed the tv's and plenty of free tv and movies. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with a great variety id fishes, bowls, cups, plates, utensils, pans. It also had starter supply of soap, lotion, trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish washing, toilet paper. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked great. They provided beach towels and beach chairs, but we didn't use them because we were there for golf and pure lounging. I would definately go back again to this unit and recommend it to family and friends. It was perfect!
Accommodations were as described, clean, very nice.
I would have given this a four star but we were without air for almost 24 hours. Location was perfect and was actually better than a unit we had stayed in last year. Plenty of items to keep small children busy with boogie board and sand toys. Plenty on chairs for the four of us too.
This was one of the best vacations. There were four of us and it was just perfect. One person went for a morning run while the others relaxed on the beautiful lanai. The most awesome time whale watching this time. The whales were plentiful and came close to the boats. Every day we were hiking on the coastal walk or a place nearby. Just a wonderful stay.
We had a fabulous 12 days st the condo. There are so many things to do and all a short walk, shuttle drive or beautiful drive away. The weather was gorgeous. With everything handy for meal preparation, we took advantage of meals at the condo as well as enjoyed some of the outstanding restaurants nearby. No time for naps because we had so many activities planned.
Three members of my family stayed here and said they would definitely come again. Only minor problem was a loose shower handle.
The condo was in good shape and very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the view and location was great. However, the washer wasn't working and refrigerator, although working, had a strong chemical smell which permeated the water bottles and our food. Although we were in contact with the property manager immediately with several follow-up calls by me inquiring at the the status of repairs, the washer wasn't fixed until late afternoon of our last day and the refrigerator was not corrected at all. Very disappointing.
You couldn't ask for much more. The property grounds were gorgeous and perfectly manicured. The condo's amenities were great .nicely decorated condo with a beautiful view. Very peomot and great shuttle service .

We used the Villa to make the most of the Kapalua tournament of champions event. Great location for the week, and worked out perfectly as the group’s central meeting house.
Kapalua golf villas are very beautiful , secluded, and quiet condos perfect for any family with small kids and even couples. The condo was very spacious and had all the amenities you could possibly need , the air conditioning worked wonderfully and the view from the lanai was gorgeous. We spent hours just watdhing fhe view and eating our homecooked meals. They also have brach chairs, boogie boards,, etc. Most importantly, they had a shuttle tthat took you to kapalua bay, napili bay beach, ritz, or anything in the area. That was so useful as beach parking ,can be difficult
