This beautifully remodeled ground level, 1 bedroom 2 full bathroom condo, features all new stainless steel appliances, air condition throughout, king size memory foam bed, 60 inch and 55 inch 4K flat screen TVs with Bluetooth Sound Bar/Subwoofer, queen size memory foam murphy cabinet bed, crib and fold-out foam mattress for floor, strap on high chair, and everything you need for the beach and kids.

Walk out from the ground level lanai on to the beautiful Kamaole Sands grounds. Just steps to the swimming pool and Jacuzzi, and a 3 minute short walk to the beach. Located in quiet building 5, unit #113 (5-113) is 900 sq. feet with A/C throughout, cable TV and internet streaming 4K TV’s, Blu-Ray player, WiFi, washer/dryer in unit, ceiling fans, and has everything you need for the kids and beach.

Kamaole Sands, a 15 acre resort, located directly across from Kamaole Beach 3 in Kihei Maui, has beautiful tropical grounds with fountains and ponds. The resort features a heated swimming pool, two jacuzzi’s, toddler swimming pool, gas BBQ grills, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, ping-pong and foosball, and concierge to book island activities. A short walk to Kihei’s restaurants, bars and shops and a short drive to the Wailea area and world-class Wailea and Makena golf courses. Every Wednesday afternoon at 3pm live Hawaiian music at the pool.

Ice chest, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys, and collapsible wagon to carry everything needed to the beach.

Absolutely loved our time in this condo. We have small children so the ground level was perfect, there was quick access to the pool, and it had all the beach gear we needed. So thankful for that wagon and sand toys. Sleeping arrangements were very comfortable (would only recommend some thinner pillow options for kids and/or those with back/neck issues). Fans sufficed for the night and AC for when we were “home”. I appreciated the kitchen supplies and extras (olive oil, avo oil, spices, ketchup, popcorn, coffee). I also loved the natural laundry detergent (we deal with eczema so it was very appreciated)! All the remotes and light switches are labeled which was helpful. The comforts of this condo made our time in Maui as relaxing as it could be with kids ;) Will be back for sure.

This one bedroom condo had a garden view and was steps out the lanai and through the grass to the swimming pool and a very short walk to one of the best beaches on the island.I didn't cook but it had everything you need to do so. The reason I didn't cook is because it's surrounded by some of the best restaurants in the area as well. Excellent location and I will definitely be coming back. Kamaole Sands is the best Condo complex in the area..

If you want to be close to the pool and grill walking out your back door, this is perfect. Our family enjoyed this space so much. The Murphy bed was actually comfortable, along with the bedroom king size bed.Our host was so nice to let us check in a tad early which allowed the 4 and 6 year old to play in the pool while Mom unpacked,East access to the beach and we walked over every night to see the sunset!Very enjoyable!

This was a very nice property on a well maintained condo complex. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and all the extra beach gear was a huge plus. The condo is located steps away from the pool which was very convenient. We will look to book this property again when we visit Maui.

Loved everything about this home. We have stayed in many different properties on Kamaole Sands and this has been the best. We always look for ground floor so the kids can run around while we’re cooking, relaxing, etc. this property had the best stocked kitchen we have seen, which is great for the amount of cooking we do. Nice furniture, well maintained. As I said, just perfect. Thanks so much to the hosts!

Another wonderful stay in Maui at another Kamaole Sands condo. Property owner, Ted was great to work with as he always has been for us over the years. So prompt in responding to any questions or problems that we have needed to work through. This time it was shortening our trip by a little due to our daughter’s health.
The condo was furnished nicely with all of the extras that any beach going-family would want, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, etc. If your family loves pool time you can leave this condo and be to the pool in less than one minute. Having an AC unit in the master bedroom along with the family room area where the kids slept at night was very nice. Kamaole is definitely our home away from home!
