The condo is just as advertised, very clean with a stunning view and My Perfect Stay was wonderful. The only drawbacks and reason for the overall 4-star was due to: only giving you 2 beach towels (we stayed 10 days); the VRBO listing stated there was a washer/dryer in the unit (there is, but locked and can't use), and the unit would get very warm in the afternoon.
The property is very clean and in great shape. The kitchen is very well appointed. And the view! Whales, whales everywhere and cooling tropical sea breeze make this property one of the best int he complex.

Kahana Reef 321 was absolutely perfect! From the location to the views, it was hands down the best vacation we have been on! My Perfect Stays were so accommodating. We did not have any issues that needed addressed but I have no doubt they would have been handled in a timely fashion. I 100% recommend them for all your vacation needs!

We loved staying at this apartment in Kahana Reef. It had an unobstructed view to the ocean, cute beach on the side & not to mention no. of times we saw rainbows from the patio while sipping coffee. This apartment does not have AC, however, please note that since we were visiting early December we did not need one, the temperature would go down in the night & the bedrooms had a window with mosquito net which helped in keeping the ventilation on & providing great atmosphere in the room. MyPerfectStays did a great job of keeping in touch while we stayed at the property. They provided an additional floor fan on request. The owner made sure we had the basic things used for cooking like salt/pepper/oil/sugar/coffee/coffeefilters. All the cookware you would need with additional thermos that came handy during our early morning trip to the mountains. The place was clean when we reached, also the cleaning lady arrived in time on the day we checked-out. They provided enough towels, basic toiletries for the stay. Additionally, the owner had provided with basic beach items for 2 adults like chair, mat, towels so you don't have to carry one. Hope this review helps people make a decision. The location was perfect! Not too busy and close to quite a few amenities. The view was unbelievable with lots of sea turtle sightings and the most beautiful sunsets. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The place was very clean. Lots of towels and beach towels. Check in/out instructions were communicated well, as well as frequent communication making sure our trip was going well and to see if we had any questions. Roku TV's were a plus. The teenagers slept on the pull out bed, it was squeaky but they said it was comfortable. No AC, but multiple fans and we slept with the doors open as the screen doors both locked. When the tide was low, there is a beautiful beach, but even when the water is high, you can walk down the stairs into the ocean.

Would have been a 5 star but a couple of guys and named bud and Gordon who say they where the board of directors accused me and my wife skinning dipping and being loud and causing issues. He called my grandfather who has owned a condo there for 30+ years and co.olanined to him. Which none of this was true but still kinda made the stay like we where being watched all the time. Other then that loved it and had a great time qe will be back.
This was a great location and the view was amazing! We had the best time and can't wait to come back soon!

The condo is near several good beaches, has a great view, and is comfortable.
The patio door needs to be serviced and I wouldn't recommend the unit to anyone that has difficult lifting/pushing/pulling 40lbs until it is.

Not much access directly from the complex to a beach but was a short drive to beaches and restaurants. The living room couch could be updated but other than that - no criticism.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at Kahuna Reef. I love sitting on the balcony watching for turtles! The location is so close to some great snorkeling beaches and restaurants. Finally, the condo unit is very quiet. My only complaint was I wished the unit had air conditioning but I knew it didn’t going in. There are nice ceiling fans that worked well and the breeze off the water was nice too. Only had one small issue with the ice maker during our stay and the Property Manager sent a repair man over that same day! I really enjoyed my stay at Kahana Reef and would stay there again in a heartbeat!
A million dollar view in a quieter part of Maui. It was beautiful, clean, and close to so many wonderful things. Easy process and manager answered questions immediately.

It is a nice place for older couples we had to teenagers and it wasn’t the best place for teens.
Clean, up to date condo is right on the ocean. We can only see the water from inside the condo! Sunsets here are spectacular! There is a beach here, and we’re other great beaches are a short drive away. Great place!!!
Thank you so much! This rental is very well cared for. The view from the balcony is amazing. We were able to watch sea turtles from balcony. This unit is also so conveniently located to access the beach right next door. Overall we are very happy.
I love this condo! The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked there most meals and had all the things we needed. The lanai is perfect with an amazing view. The beach is down to the right and great sand. Conveniently located between Lahaina and Kapalua. I would definitely stay again!
10th stay at K Reef / 40th annual trip to Maui. As usual quite enjoyable time at Reef. Well supplied and equipped unit.
Perfect view, very close to the water. Probably the best location within this complex. Pretty close quarters for two adults. Lanai was smaller than expected and could use new furniture. Kitchen and bathroom were newly remodeled but bathroom is small, but the unit is small so not much you can do about it.
The decor is attractive but the sleeper sofa was pretty uncomfortable to sit on.
Excellent laundry facilities for the complex. The pool is small.

This was a very nice property. It was well stocked with an amazing view. The little beach adjacent to it provided easy access to the water and it was great to have beach chairs provided. The only negative was the bed. The mattress was worn out and very loud with every movement.
Fantastic location right next to the ocean! Watched sea turtles swimming almost every day. Roomy, clean, well-equipped apartment. Would stay there again.
