Amazing vacation home, exactly as pictured. As a multigenerational family group, the home and property was perfect. The location is great. I highly recommend the property. Dave and Chris (property manager and caretaker) were quick to respond to issues and correct to the satisfaction of all parties.
Our family has now stayed in south Kona on 6 separate occasions, always near Kahalu'u Beach Park, as we are addicted to snorkeling. This was our first stay at the self proclaimed, "Beachfront Paradise," and it was as advertised! For our family of 5 adults, and one adult sized 12 year-old it was perfect in every way. The upstairs patio and downstairs deck offer endless ocean views, the hot tub is delightful, and there was plenty of room. A short walk to the snorkeling beach. 4 spacious bedrooms, a wonderful outdoor shower, huge well appointed kitchen. We will return.
My family (me, husband, 2 adult children, my mother) just completed our stay at this beautiful home. We miss it already! Location is fantastic and we loved snorkeling across the street. Plenty of room for all of us! Would not hesitate to stay here again.
We had the BEST time staying here- the kids loved being able to walk across the street and go fishing. We had plenty of space to relax and loved the open floorplan. Definitely would stay again!
Our stay at this VRBO was perfect! The home was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location property, adjacent to Kahalu'u Bay and great snorkeling, was ridiculously convenient. The host was clear with directions and house rules, and I'm confident would have responded if we needed anything, but we already had it all. We'd rent again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a top-notch stay!
Absolutely loved the place. Backyard facing the ocean with amazing sunsets. Beach right across the street for snorkeling and surfing. 3 of the bedrooms face the ocean (master on 2nd floor has a nice balcony). Slept with windows open hearing waves crashing on the nearby shore. Nice to have access to beach toys, beach chairs, etc as well. Nice location on the coast with lots of fun activities a very short drive away. Same for groceries, local markets and farmers market. Really enjoyed our stay!
The property is beautiful and the location is perfect! The house has everything we needed and the property manager and owner were very responsive. We loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone interested in staying in Kona.

Loved the location of this home! It was a great home to stay in with our family, the only thing is that the bedrooms didn’t have a twin bed like I thought. It was a pull out bed from the queen bed, wet l which was fine but distant l different than what was advertised. It would also have been great to gave a better umbrella for the beach. I would definitelyStay here again!
Our grandkids loved the convenience of crossing the road and snorkeling. It kept them occupied. Also, the front yard was pleasant to sit in, especially in the morning while having coffee.
We were two families with infant to middle school aged kids and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The house was exactly as described! Morning coffee on the upper balcony while people were still sleeping, naps on the lanai and watching surfers mid afternoon, snorkeling and exploring the tide pools when we weren’t adventuring elsewhere. We all loved the outdoor shower and the hot tub! The kitchen was fantarcic for cooking meals and they had everything by! Even baby plates. We hope to come back to stay again because it was phenomenal. We saw whales breaching and turtles and even a monk seal on the beach across the street. Do be mindful of the strong current signs when up, we saw a couple swimmers have to be helped. We all had space , we’re not cramped, bathroom situation was not a problem. Super handy to have washer and dryer. Loved it. Highly recommend to families and couples alike.
