Loved the location! Can walk to beach and quiet gated community. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. Communication with owner was quick and easy. Very spacious condo.
This condo is spacious, nicely-decorated, very comfortable, updated and well-appointed. It is very close to a beautiful pool on the property. Walk to public beach is 15 minutes.
We loved the area and the unit! It was clean and had all the amenities including beach towels, chairs and a washer and dryer. We really liked the sliding doors for the ocean breeze! Would definitely stay again!

Clean, spacious, comfortable, well furnished, great location. We loved that it was walking distance to Whaler’s Village and to the beach. The property manager checked in periodically with us to make sure everything was good, which it was. Overall, great experience. I expect we’ll be back.
Wonderful stay at the Kaanapali Royal condo. Unit was perfect. Very clean. Very well stocked with kitchen appliances, towels, beach chairs. Excellent location. Some confusion on how to pay for the resort parking when the office was closed, but easily figured it out. Very easy all around! Thank you!
This is our 6th time on the island and our second time staying at the Kaanapali Royal. The view from the lanai is incredible and we enjoyed looking out in the morning and evening. Walking distance to the beach and the Whalers village was great for our teenage kids. Good supply of towels and beach equipment as well as a nicely stocked kitchen supplies. Would definitely come back again.

First and foremost - location was perfect!!! Easy walk to Whalers Village and the beach plus a quick drive to tons of stores and restaurants. I was a little nervous about having neighbors above, below and beside but I never heard anyone else. House was well stocked with anything we could ever need. Communication was great. We absolutely loved our stay in paradise and can’t wait to return to stay here again!
