First day after checkin we had issues with the air conditioner not cooling. We messaged the staff and they sent staff over within 10 minutes! Thank you to the man who came that evening to help us! Property was clean and accurate to listing. Location was perfect next to the marketplace and not too far from the airport.
Liked: airport proximity, pool/bar, atmosphere, restaurants next door, ABC close by, central to things on both ends of the island, don’t need to leave here the whole time if you don’t want to Disliked: almost nothing, needs a few maintenance things done (a few spots of water damage in the plaster, cracks around doors)
I really like the lanai and the grass area looking at the beach. It’s walking distance to the pool and ice machine is right across the way very convenient. We stayed three nights. It was wonderful. We definitely will come back.
Really a good location but this particular property in general is terrible to live with a family…Will recommend to stay at other place on this location itself.
Clean, renovated unit not far from the beach. The beds were comfortable.
I was very surprised that there was no coffee or filters. The management company left sweets and a granola bar but are not contracted to provide coffee. There is a coffee shop nearby and grocery stores have filters... It was a disappointment though.
Great clean and had everything! Enough towels, power plugs, microwave, good fridge, utensils and such. Very clean and nice lanai!
We had a great experience at this location and had a great time on the island
The property was gorgeous. We loved being able to walk over to the Coconut Marketplace and grab dinner, then bring it back to eat by the pool or beach. Watching the sunrise on the beach every morning was also an incredible experience.
The room was just right for me and my two younger adult daughters with 2 beds, bathroom, and kitchenette. The welcome baskets of lo al treats was a fun surprise! We could view the ocean and beautiful grounds from our lanai. We we're steps from the beach, pool, and Lava Lava Beach Club, as well as Coconut Marketplace. We would definitely return.
Lush gardens. Quiet and serene. Interesting plants and trees. Beautiful birds entertain with various calls and songs-some beautiful roosters and chickens call the property home.The beach area is very nice for just sitting and relaxing
Loved the location of the property and the proximity to the beach. It is not a truly "beach facing" condo... but has beach view from the patio!
This particular unit is a private unit... so you cannot expect the daily maintenance and other perks that come with renting a unit through the Condo complex. Also, there is no daily cleaning service or exchange of towels for the unit. So if you plan to stay for more than two days, you need to arrange for your own cleaning and other supplies.
Except that drawback, this will be a perfect stay for a two-day stay!
