A magical stay, so close to everything but far enough to enjoy the scenic views. A great home away from home, would love to stay again if we get back. Plenty of beds for a group and everything we needed to make the stay a pleasant one. Rosina went above and beyond with her help. Thank you again.

Nice location - facilities were nice. Pay attention to the email messages regarding parking and what’s expected for cleaning well in advance. Getting extra towels seemed like an inconvenience for the mgmt, overall it worked well for us!

The parking situation was a bit frustrating since the key card for parking access changed and Rosina was not aware and we had to handle it ourselves with the parking management and input info for Rosina on line in order to obtain the new card. Also the second room with the two beds are full size beds not queen and is very small. You can’t move around the room very well. The space is very tight.
The location is absolutely perfect. The room was clean, and beautiful view. You can walk to what ever your needing, there is food, ice cream, coffee. I was having questions due to my lack of understanding and the property owner was kind and responsive. We had parking which was awesome. I would definitely love to book again.
The unit looked exactly like the photos, and Rosina was incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with. The location is fantastic—close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Most of our Uber rides to attractions were only 8–15 minutes. I would definitely book this unit again if we go back.

It was a fantastic place that looks recently updated. I tried to use the dishwasher, but couldn't get it to work. I wish beach towels were provided, it is hard to find beach towels. We never really belonged to the hotel, so we couldn't use theirs. It would be nice to have an ice machine like a regular hotel. Lovely time!
You can’t beat the location of the ilikai, at the end of Waikiki beach. Having 2 balconies made it easy to enjoy the mountain and ocean views during the changing light conditions. The unit was well appointed and very clean. The parking spot was a great bonus !
We loved our stay, We have a condo 3 blocks from the water, decided to stay with a water view this year, the view was perfect weather was great. Rosina was wonderful to deal with. Loved the ice cream parlor on property. I do wish the on site pool stayed open later. Its a 10 minute walk to main shops and restaurants.

Good location, very nice place, easy check in. Parking garage is a bit tight, but still overall easy.
Overall, the condo was beautiful. I did not receive the code to enter the condo 3 days in advance of arrival as indicated. However, the property manager was very responsive and we were able to get in with no problem. We did notice that the condo door did not lock on the way out. We discovered this a day into our stay but thankfully didn’t pose a problem, but was a bit concerning.
We loved the condo, location, amenities, everything was wonderful!We would definitely stay again and recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay for our first trip to Hawaii. Property was located within walking distance to the beach, with great views. Upon checkin there was a little issue but Rosalina more than accommodated in making it right. Bed and pillows were great! Loved our stay. The door did have some issues with trying to lock with the key pad otherwise property was great!
We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was perfect size for 4 adults. The balconies on two sides created a great breeze and space to sit outside and enjoy the weather. The beach and restaurants were in walking distance. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The included parking spot was a big bonus. We would definitely return.
The owner describes this unit as a newly remodeled condo. This building was built in the 1960s and the unit has been updated but the renovation was done in a shoddy and unprofessional manor. The condo no longer has central air conditioning. The AC in one of the bedrooms did not work. Other issues: dish washer didn’t work-we were told to hand wash the dishes, beds were uncomfortable, outdated appliances, no ice maker, kitchen is woefully under-supplied and the dishes and bowls are scratched, chipped and worn, no drawer space for clothing, no washer/dryer in the condo, no black out curtain in the bedrooms, dirty furniture, worst of all an unresponsive owner.
Just a few days in Honolulu before Kona, Rosina place is beautiful with everything that we needed. Complimentary underground parking was nice. Communication with Rosina is easy and very fast response.
This place is beautifully styled with all of the amenities you’d want from home. Hand soap in each bathroom and kitchen sink, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom, laundry down the hall, dishwasher, a/c in each bedroom and living room, an extra box fan to help move the air, plenty of bowls/plates/coffee cups/water glasses/wine glasses, cookware, coffee pot for multiple servings, keurig for pods….really, not anything was lacking.While it is likely some treasures were left behind by other guests rather than provided by the host, it was nice to have them. There were sand chairs, water floaties, small, insulted lunch cooler, and possibly flippers. The spice cabinet had many items one would hope for, also likely left behind by previous guests.This was really an excellent find! Friends who traveled with us didn't have places as newly renovated, nor did theirs come with a parking pass. Parking is a big deal in the area as space is limited. Having a dedicated spot underground the building was so convenient and appreciated!Rosina is quick to reply with questions so please feel free to reach out. We will keep this location in mind if we find ourselves in Honolulu again!
Our family of 5 had a wonderful Christmas vacation in this condo. Rosina was amazing to work with. The condo was exactly as advertised. Beautiful views and awesome location. We rented a car so the parking stall came in handy. Would definitely stay here again!!
This is a beautiful property centrally located to attractions, shops and restaurants. The host was very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay.

This visit was only 6 days this trip, but truly enjoyed our time at Ilikai! This condo was perfect for our family as we celebrated our sisters life at Diamond Head Mortuary. Thank you, we will stay here again!
The apartment was clean and in a great position. The relaxing balcony was completely overshadowed by the relentless protests from Hilton employees going on across the road and along the road from 7 am until 9 pm. The level of the noise meant we could not sit outside. And we had to put the tv on loud and air conditioning on - we had to vacate the flat for most of the day as you could not stay in there due to the level of the noise . Sadly ruined our retirement holiday which cost thousands - check before booking as it’s a long term protest

This place was definitely located in a great area. All close amenities, including shops and restaurants close by and or walking distance. If you wanted to spend some time with the beach, the lagoon was right at your feet or you can walk 10 to 15 minutes and get to Waikiki Beach. Multiple shops in the lobby, including ice cream shop that we enjoyed daily. The only downside was the Hilton right across the street had a strike so we had to listen to the picketers all day and into the evening therefore we didn’t really get to enjoy the balconies. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay!
