Our stay was nice this unit was perfect for our family. They had so many boogie boards and things you need for the beach. Will definitely be booking again.

Thus unit was a great choice. Unit was clean and had a great view of the ocean along with the hilton lagoon which hosts Friday night fireworks. Parking structure has elevators connected that take you to your room. Overall a great unit with all the essentials
This unit was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Location is great as I was attending a conference at the Hawaii Convention Center and was a short 10-15 minute walk.

We have stayed at this building 5 times and this unit was so different from all the other units we've stayed in. It has the bare necessities but there were glaring issues that we had to complain about: ROACHES in the bathroom and kitchen!! The bathtub plug did not work and there was no plug for the sink. Workmen opened our unit to paint the door without prior notification. We came back in late morning to find the door propped open and were told we had to keep it open another 20 minutes after he was done. The bedroom bureaus are second hand pieces that don't close properly, door handles were loose, and the kitchen utensils, pots and pans, etc. are of the cheapest quality. There were no condiments at all except for a nearly empty disposable salt shaker. My bath towel had holes in it, though there were more towels in the cabinet.There was no decor or extra amenities in the unit so don't expect much in that regard.

A very nice and comfortable apartment on the 15th floor with a wonderful view of the marina and the ocean. The air conditioning worked very well, the beds were very comfortable and the entire apartment was clean. We really liked that the fridge had an ice maker installed in it. Great location, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and shopping center. From the balcony you could watch a wonderful fireworks show every Friday. High-level apartment service.
The property is in a great location with gorgeous views. Close to many fun attractions and great shopping. I will be returning and hope to get the same host ❤️

The condo was clean. The bed should be a king. The bathroom is outdated but functional. The view was great. The parking is ridiculous. No In and Outs. $28 after 4 hours. If you wake up, go drive anywhere, you are starting a new 4/24 hour cycle. I think I paid $70 one day for parking. The beach (cove) by the Royal Hawaiian (left of boat harbor facing ocean) is brutal. I grew up in Hawaii. You need reef shoes to walk out in Ocean…but you can always walk or drive to better beaches…the island is surrounded by them.
The Chart House on the 1st floor is a good restaurant and the lounge area on top of Ilikai Hotel next door are nice. Walking distance to Hilton Hawaiian, Waikiki, Ala Moana Shopping Center…
I would stay there again. Great for watching sunset.
Stay was great.Just tint covering on the balcony door is damaged /melted/so you can’t enjoy the view if the door is open.
Ocean view, and elevator had no problem. Garage parking is $28/day, the street parking is $1/hour and 24-7. The lady working there was super nice.
The check-in instruction should include the location of the entrance since the entrance is not facing the addressed street. If the check-out time is 11am, the cleaning people shall not enter the room before 11am.
