We had a fantastic stay, everything was absolutely perfect! The property description was spot on regarding the location, layout, and amenities. It was exactly as advertised, if not better.. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and clearly well cared for.The HulaHideaway management company provided excellent customer service from the time of booking until check out. They were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process, which made the experience even smoother. Truly appreciate that as I've had bad experiences with other management companies in Maui in the past. I would absolutely recommend to friends and family without hesitation. It’s a great place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the surroundings.There were some great restaurants and food trucks nearby offering delicious food, and the area had plenty to explore, whether you're into nature, shopping, or simply relaxing, there's something for everyone.Truly a memorable trip!! Mahalo again!

Perfect amount of space for the two of us, good amenities both in the unit and in the property. Enjoyed having little things like coffee filters or a bit of foil to wrap up leftovers, good knives for cooking (and a new sponge to hand wash those good knives). Location is spot on, grounds are lovely, having Duke’s on site was enjoyable. Note that while you can see the ocean and the lanai is enjoyable, the unit is recessed a bit that you won’t capture much breeze when it’s offshore which means the AC was on during the night. But that’s far from a deterrent as we would definitely stay here again and have already recommended this to another couple. Thank you for sharing your piece of Maui with the rest of us.
Perfect location and amazing communication from the host! Room was exactly what we needed and stocked with beach items, cooler, and the pool was so convenient and close especially with it being our infant’s first experience at a hotel. The amenities were perfect!

This was the perfect condo for my husband, 7 year old and 4 year old. It was home away from home. Great location, awesome pools and view. The management team was great as well. Everything was clean and had everything you needed for a beach day. It was hard to leave this paradise but we can’t wait to go back to this condo. Just book it... you won’t be disappointed!
Unit was comfortable and clean, we loved the ocean view sitting on the patio.
We had a great vacation in this condo! The room was cute and had a beautiful view of the resort and the ocean. The resort complex the condo was in was gorgeous and really gave the luxury vacation feel despite being much cheaper than the major hotel resorts on the island. It was a short walk from the ocean, a grocery store, and a food truck park. The host was great and very helpful! While we were there the A/C broke, and she responded to us immediately and got it fixed very quickly. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great trip to Maui!
Everything was perfect and we would definitely stay here again. It was extremely clean, well stocked and the ocean view from the balcony was great.

I think I already submitted another review here — but just in case:
We loved everything about this resort & the unit itself. We had toggled with the idea of staying at a “full service resort” like the Westin, but it turns out this resort at the Honua Kai has all that and more — several pools, poolside service, fancy drinks, full service restaurant, a market on site , easily accessible to other resorts / Whalers Village, but also peaceful & relaxing and not overcrowded! We loved it!
The unit itself was spotless, had a great view, full kitchen & everything we needed — we loved playing cards & games on the lanai most evenings & watching the sunset … the property manager was responsive & helpful (although we really didn’t need them because everything was already dialed in and self explanatory). Kind, pleasant valet staff at the property , too!

Stayed for destination wedding. Location was great and room was spacious enough for two people. My only complaint was that pull out couch did not have bedding and there wasn’t any in the room. We emailed but didn’t get a response then got busy and used the top sheet of bed as fitted sheet for pull out.

Jill was a wonderful communicative thoughtful host and couldn't have asked for a better host. Her thoughtful touches melted our hearts and started our vacation off wonderfully. The studio unit was clean and perfect. Very happy and would return anytime

A very attractive unit, fully equipped. However, facing directly west and sheltered from breezes made the lanai less comfortable or usable than units on the other side of the building. Strangely, the cable service didn’t include access to national networks abc, nbc, and cbs.
Everything was nice about our stay. My wife was also very pleased with our stay and the facility.We had grandkids and kids with us. They didn’t want to leave.
We really enjoyed our stay in this condo unit wi the an ocean view. It was the perfect size for me and my husband, and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

This was a great location for our babymoon! The process was very smooth from the start and everything was communicated clearly with reminders to help with the checkin and checkout process. The room was clean and has everything we needed for our stay including beach accessories! It’s also pretty close to some great restaurants and spots to access the beach! Thanks for letting us stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. We visit Maui several times a year, but had never stayed at this property or unit. The condo is just as pictured, clean and well taken care of. We appreciated all of the beach supplies and the well stocked kitchen. The property is beautiful and well manicured and the beach is right in front of the resort. We look forward to a repeat stay the next time we visit!

Loved this little condo with a perfect location! My kids loved the view and we had just enough space. Location is everything, we love to walk the boardwalk as much as possible, visit other resorts, restaurants and beach hop! Communication with owners/Hula Hideaway was easily and they were quick to respond to any messages. Thank you for a great stay!
