Such a beautiful Condo, and the views are so amazing!
Very nice place to stay. Awesome sunsets.. Had beach chairs and coolers available. Even had bags for groceries. We had a wonderful stay.

Property was a gated condo. Security onsite 24/7. FOB required to access elevator. Code required to access steel security door for our unit. We felt very comfortable leaving the doors open while we slept to enjoy the waves and breeze. Unit was clean and everything worked as expected. Kathy provided in depth instructions to find unit, access keys and nearby stores and points of interest. Beach was clean and hardly anyone there. Warm water, turtles and seals. View was incredible.
My wife and I had an amazing time at the Hawaiian Princess! The host did an excellent communicating with us. She covered every detail from pulling up to the gate, getting into the condo, and enjoying the surroundings. We hope to return in the future!
Any reviews about this condo having the best views in Oahu are correct! What you don’t hear as much about is that the Mountain View on the front side of the condo which you see while you walk down the breeze way to your room is equally amazing as the lanai beach view! Yes, there are the homeless. Visible, but don’t seem to cause issues for anyone. And it is not local to this area. We even saw them in Waikiki parks. The host, Kathleen, is friendly and responsive. We hope to return one day. Hawaii and the Hawaiian Princess is by far our favorite vacation spot thus far!
Awesome 270 degree view of the ocean and surrounding area from our unit. Very secure with multiple security measures needed to access the penthouse suite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Our stay was truly lovely, and the property, view and location were really perfect. I only wish we had stayed longer. We will certainly be back for another relaxing vacation.
The overall experience was 2nd to none. There were no hidden fees or parking fees you hear about on other parts of the island. We were on the highest floor at the end of the building. It gave penthouse vibes with a wrap around porch (lanai) that had sweeping views of Papaoneone Beach and the small hike next to the property. Sea turtles EVERY morning were out in the bay. Plenty of provided beach gear, coffee stuff and cooking necessities made us feel like we were visiting our rich auntie not a VRBO! The mattress was perfect! Memory foam topper and great pillows. Plenty of space for your clothes if you want to hang them up or put them in the dresser. Mountain Magic Shave Ice had THE BEST shave ice I ate all week! 80 Percent What You Eat had great Açaí Bowl selection and killer avocado toast. Brazilian Brothas food truck had so much great food too. ALL within a 5 minute drive from the room. Sweeping views, great ac, thoughtfully laid out, we did not want to leave! Beautiful condo right on the sand. Incredibly private and secure. Host very responsive and building staff are helpful. Area is just as host describes: range of multi-million beachfront homes to homeless encampments, especially near the Marina to the south. We kept our business mostly local to Wainae and Makaha and had no problems, and encountered only friendly business owners and fellow patrons. Plan ahead for visiting other areas of the island—Farrington Hwy is only route. Would definitely stay again.
Nicely renovated condo on the top floor (corner unit) of the Hawaiian Princess Resort. The building is on a beautiful beach on the west side of Kauai. There is security around the parking lot and inside the building. Close proximity to many beaches on the west side.
The condo is great. The beach is great. The water is for confident swimmers. I would spend hours on the lanai each morning. There are unhoused people you can see in the park next door. We're considering going back next year!
Communication with the host prior to arrival was excellent. The condo was very cute and comfortable. The view was outstanding! Best view in Oahu was spot-on! The beach was incredible-soft sand and clean. We enjoyed walking and relaxing on the beach. People were friendly. It is more of a quiet and remote area, just as advertised. Some homeless in the area but they were not bothersome at all. The pool was clean. The condo,beach, views, atmosphere were exactly what we needed for a relaxing vacation!
A beautifully appointed condo. The view and the beach was spectacular. The only drawback is the distance from most activities.
We had an incredible time during our stay here for Christmas season and our 10 Year Anniversary. There is no better place as beautiful as this location to experience sunrises, sunsets and star light skies. Turtle and Whale watching from your perch on the lanai as well. The Condo was had everything you could need to sit back and relax and enjoy the Aloha Spirit! New Year’s Eve fireworks display was an extra bonus for us as well.
It truly is the best view on the island. Well equipped and beautifully designed private oasis. We would definitely return again to this special gem.
We absolutely LOVED this condo! Having stayed at dozens of condos in Hawaii and elsewhere we can say this is our favorite, hands down. The views cannot be beat, I continue to dream of waking up to these views. We saw multiple sea turtles from the balcony daily. Snorkeling right in front is good on clear days, I even saw an octopus! The owner Kathy is super nice & helpful and responds to every message quickly. She is easy to talk to like an old friend. The condo looks even better in person than in the pictures and it is WELL equipped with everything you need. Best equipped we ever had! The sofa hed is new and nice. The bed in the bedroom was SO COMFORTABLE I slept so good every night! If we were returning to Oahu, we would definitely stay here again!! Thank you Kathy!
We had a great weeklong stay in this unit. The views are amazing, and the lanai is large and comfortable. We saw sea turtles and dolphins from the lanai.
The grounds are beautiful, and very well kept. We enjoyed time at the pool, which was very clean and spacious.
The unit itself was very nice - the furniture was very comfortable, and so was the king size bed. It's also very nicely decorated.
The owners were great - very attentive and helpful, and quick to resolve a minor issue.
Our favorite restaurant was the 604 Beach House - great view on the water, and good food. Watch for the seals!
The people that we encountered in the shops and restaurants were very friendly and helpful.
We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Oahu!

The best view/lanai I've ever had in HI. The private beach was amazing and the host was incredible. The facility is very secure with easy access to staff for any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!
Everything was just as pictured (If not better). We found everyone to be friendly from the people who worked at the condo to the people at the fast food places and grocery stores. Hopefully we will get the chance to come back!
When we arrived the beach was a bit rough and I wondered if we were going to safely enjoy the beach or not. Just happens that we had an influx of big waves for a bit and that allowed us take in the surfers that were showing up to play. That was a fun treat.
Lots of snorkeling right off the beach. Hiking the mountain ‘Nextdoor’.
It’s a quiet beach and not very touristy. I liked that.
Unit was nice and had most everything we needed. Comfy bed, comfy couch bed.

We had a wonderful stay. The views are amazing and the beach is never crowded. Snorkeling off the beach is fantastic. Not a high tourist area. The condo is well stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was great, also. We will be back.
We had a wonderful time on our stay. The unit was very clean and well stocked. There were plenty of linens and even coffee with creamer available. We were excited to be able to see the whales from the balcony. The drive to the unit is well worth it and gets you away from the crazy downtown and in all the tourist areas. We enjoyed several of the local restaurants close to the unit and trying some local cuisine.
I’m definitely going to miss coffee on the lanai watching the ocean. Such a beautiful beautiful view. I highly recommend. Plus staff and every one I worked with were fantastic. Thanks to Penny and Tom for being so welcoming.
My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay. It has the most beautiful view and all the comforts of home. We felt extremely safe with the gates and security guard. We were thrilled to see sea turtles, whales and a seal swimming from the balcony. We will be back!
