We had a great time on the Big Island and would stay here again. Our kids were comfortable in their own twin bed, and the king bedroom was large. Air conditioning is a must for us when we come to Hawaii, so we were very comfortable. We appreciated the boogie boards, beach umbrella, and beach chairs too. The pool was great, and we played pickleball quite a bit too.

Hello, This was an awesome stay. We loved how easy it was. The property management company was very considerate and communicated with us about our stay while we were there with a personal call as well. I didn't have any issues with the place so we just reported everything was fine. It was quiet, we loved the grounds and the pool, as well as the access to a beach just a minute from our door. We also walked to the Keahou shopping center and enjoyed the ammenities there including the cinema, the farmers market, a show of hula, bookstore, restaurants, shops and a grocery store. For the first few days of our stay we just relaxed and had all we needed so close to us. The condo was very comfortable and clean. We would love to come back. Thanks!
This was a perfect area for our group of 3 adults. We were able to walk to snorkeling, sunsets and a short drive to dining and groceries. Beautiful, lush, tropical surroundings. We took day trips to Volcanoes NP, Hilo and waterfalls, Maunakea Visitor Information Center Observatory, and many of the indigenous historical parks.
Perfect vacation spot. Quiet with beautiful surrounding. Well cared for grounds with manicured lawns and beautiful flowering plants and shrubbery. Shopping Center very close buy with super market, pharmacy, theatre complex and interesting restaurants. The resort is adjacent to a beach, popular snorkeling beach within walking distance, and other beaches within short driving distances. For those who prefer, the complex has a beautiful pool.An ideal vacation spot.
Had a lovely week here in September. The accommodation is very comfortable and the full equipped kitchen was great for preparing full meals. The facilities are great too, we made use of the tennis courts, the outdoor grills, the pool and the very close beach access. The home was clean and check in was very simple. We will
be back.

We had the best stay! The condo was perfect. I think it was one of the cleanest vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed in. On the big island it’s hard to find places so close to a beach. This unit was only steps away! It was amazing. We plan to stay here again!

This is a great location at the Kona Surf and Racquet Club. We enjoyed swimming in the large pool, playing pickleball on the courts, watching sunsets on the beach just a few steps away, and snorkeling at the popular beach just next door. The condo was clean and comfortable.

So enjoyed Keahou surf and racquet. Safe for kids to wander the premises. So chill. The AC is great in summer humidity . Well stocked kitchen and linens, including beach towels and beach chairs, tennis and pickleball. Well situated for easy access to snorkeling, downtown shops and restaurants. Can drive north to Waikoloa/Waimea or south and around to Hilo, Captain Cook or Southpoint. Easy 1 minute access to tide pools. Never busy and crowded like the resorts; this felt like the owner’s experience.
Loved loved loved this property!! Fantastic location. Easy walk to the beach. Very clean! Fantastic management company that was proactive with communication! -- Liked being behind the closed gates. Did not feel touristy. Townhouse was perfect for me, my wife, and our two boys. (Glad there was air conditioning!) -- Neat as a pin and everything worked great!) -- We had never been to Hawaii before, much less Kona, but we could not have picked a better location!! When we come back, this will be our first choice for lodging! Kudos to the owners!
Just south of the touristy part of Kona, near all the amenities, steps to sunset on the beach, and within walking distance of fantastic family friendly snorkeling…full kitchen, grill, and washer/dryer convenient for family stay. We will return.

We chose this place because of the variety of units for rent that were available, so other members of our group could book another unit close by. The location was fantastic with the beach and tide pools just right next door (not really a swimming beach) and the Keauhou shopping center just a half mile up the hill with grocery store and plenty of restaurants. The unit itself was lovely, as was the pool and whole community area. Nice to have AC, and the little lanai was the perfect place to enjoy a meal while listening to the birds and watching the geckos. Rental company was easy to get in touch with and very responsive, too. I’d absolutely stay here again.
Property was very comfortable and ideally located. The realty company that managed this unit was very responsive to a couple of minor issues that we encountered. In both situations they responded immediately. We were impressed by their concern. We would highly recommend staying in this unit.
Overall this was a nice property. Great location, nice pool, with a black sand beach area. Issues with WiFi access, thus no TV.

Good location in complex. Easy to find, easy to park. Less than 2 minute easy stroll to Makolea Beach and peek of the closed Heiau adjacent. Great split air between upstairs and down. In unit washer/dryer great bonus. Easy walk to the pool and the coastal trail. Watch for the mongoose as they come right up to the screens on the front doors and seem to have little fear of people here.

The grounds crew was annoying, waking us up early every morning with lawn mowers and blowers, even getting on the roof at 8am and using the blower. We like to sleep in on our vacations and I thought that was a little too much. And I don't know why they needed to cut the small amount of lawn several times, they were out there for over 2 hours. The short walk to the beach to view the sunsets was worth it.

This was the perfect homebase for our adventures all over the Big Island. The kitchen was great and there was plenty of space for a family of 4.

This was perfect for our family of 4. The condo has been updated and everything is clean and comfortable. The washer/dryer are a must to travel light and the grounds are well kept. This was a great rental. I was skeptical renting directly from a company sight unseen. But I had heard great things about the complex. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Everything was clean, inviting and very Hawaii relaxing! Favorite parts: The lanai was wonderful to have dinner around, bbq area is located nearby, pool was refreshing, the black beach sunsets that are within 20 feet were remarkable. I called the company to find out where they got the primary bedroom mattress because it was the best rest ever! The location is great for getting around the island. Blake from the rental company was lovely to work with, from checking in on us to being responsive to last day questions. We loved all the restaurants by my favorite was Super J's and don't miss out on the Gelato! To save money we went to the local Walmart for snacks and water which is only 15 minutes away. My family was overdue for a vacation, and this rental did not disappoint! We will be back!!!
