Fantastic vacation again at the waikoloa fairways villas .. whenever starting a vacation the first things are organized and easy no stress..well the managers and owner do that to the tee .. I had all my check information well in advance the place was clean and ready to enjoy..the view was beautiful on the balcony..no stress . Perfect start .. we had everything we needed , the management team were at a moment’s call anytime and they made that clear they are there for any discrepancies which there were none .. the condo master was beautiful huge .. the bathroom was awesome and huge .. I love lots of room and we had it ..the AC was perfect and kept the place at a comfortable temperature when we were there as the days were over 30 degrees everyday.. the condo has everything u need from utensils, laundry, bbq , blenders , everything..there’s always a starter kit for laundry soap and dishwasher soap we picked up some extras for laundry detergents and dishwasher to add to the collection that’s there .typical rental where we leave it better equipped then we came for the next family.. I’ve rented a lot in waikoloa.. this is definitely fantastic for walkable location to the kings and queens shops ..! The pool is a beautiful infinity pool looking at the golf course and the back of the kings shops ..lots of chairs with umbrellas.. they had a hot tub as well .. bbq was perfect as we bbq most nights.. the bbq area also had a sink .overall 5 stars Diane (owner ) hands down the nicest person

We've traveled to the Big Island several times and this, by far, was the best location and VRBO we have stayed at. Everything is exactly as described. The view over the golf course was relaxing with lots of opportunity for bird watching while enjoying the breeze. The condo has everything one could need for enjoying the beach (or pool), cooking, and just relaxing. This is an immaculate property and well-worth the investment! The photos on the website display the property accurately.

We have stayed at multiple properties in and around Waikoloa, including hotels, vacation clubs, and rentals. This was by far the nicest of them. It was comfortable, welcoming, and close to shopping and restaurants. The property had everything we could need in terms of space and amenities, including kitchen equipment and gear for keeping up with daily cleaning. The pool and exercise room were quite nice and never terribly crowded. The surrounding "neighborhood" was quiet and very comfortable. When we return, we will definitely be looking for this option again.
This place is a true gem -- we were pleased in every way. My husband and I stayed here for a week with our two teenage boys (14 and 16) during spring break, and we had a fabulous time. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and modern and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with the essentials, and we made good use of all the beach gear (chairs, umbrella, boogie board, coolers). The nearby pool, hot tub, and exercise room were also great. The apartment is very close to nearby restaurants and a grocery store, as well as some great beaches. Our favorite beach was 49 Black Sand Beach, which is about a 10-minute drive to the north. The parking is limited at this particular beach, so it never gets too crowded, and it's tucked back in a nice little cove with great snorkeling. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. My only suggestion for others is to try to avoid shopping at the grocery store in Queens' Marketplace, if possible, since the prices were 2-3 times higher than other markets. We found that shopping in Kona was much more reasonable price-wise. The luxury penthouse is definitely worth it, in my opinion!
Everything that you have at home is here and more. bags for the grocery store, because no plastic bags given at the stores. beach gear and snorkel equipment, pots and pans, travel mugs, everything just a great place to stay, walk to stores and restaurants shopping, mini golf, if you don't stay here, you will be missing out.
Family of 6, 4 adults &2 kids. Wonderful place with a lot of amenities, all the towels& dishes, soaps and beach gear. Quiet lil gated housing with small pool and hot tub. Close by the Kings shopping & dining. Would recommend to friends and family.
Okay, seriously, this was absolutely the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. It was easy to book and had perfect directions. The beautiful condo had all the necessary amenities. You will not regret spending your Hawai'i Island "inside" time at this condo!
Everything was as expected, no unpleasant surprises. Very much enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay here again.

Everything we needed and more was available. While we did not spend much time in the unit because the weather was great, the kitchen was well stocked and the unit was clean and spacious.
This property and the property management were great to work with. Due to A/C not working at our original booking, the property owner immediately accepted our last-minute booking. The property was a perfect location for beaches and other activities. Couldn't have been happier.

We loved this location. It was close to the beach and shopping. The unit is wonderful. The hostess provided beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels.

2x adults + 2x teenagers + 1x child stayed for 10-days and we had plenty of space and various facilities to ensure a comfortable stay. The pool was great focal point for the teenagers/child. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The good…comfortable beds, A/C, stocked kitchen, proximity to hot tub/pool, prime location close to market/shopping/great beaches, beach chairs/towels/umbrella, washer/dryer, quiet. My three teenage kids wanted to stay longer!
A couple things future renters may want to know… No door between master bedroom and master shower/tub/sink (bathroom closet has a door). We didn’t mind but some may. We never received check-in instructions. First time after many VRBO rentals, including other VRBO rentals on this same trip. This property uses Hawaiis4me and they handle sending those out. We never received these emails (checked spam/junk) and ended up calling their emergency number to get the gate code. Fortunately the property was ready and had everything we needed once we got in the gate and knew where to park. My point, double check you received the info (not just a link that you assume has the info) before you arrive. The company sent a screen shot that shows the emails were sent to the correct email address. Not sure why they were never received on my end.
Nice amenities with small open air gym and infinity pool. Quiet and nice view of golf course. Easy walk to the grocery store and shops. Also short walk to A-Bay. Appreciated all the beach items available to use.
Wonderful week with the family, great location, central for all of our adventures. Only issue was trying to decide which kid got the king bed!! :). Breakfast on the balcony was gorgeous and the pool/hot tub, so nice! Thanks for a great week.

Everything was amazing! Villa was spacious & clean, also well stocked kitchen! Appreciated all the basics like garbage bags, dishwasher & laundry tabs, toilet paper & paper towel, some spices etc. that were supplied. The manager willingly put some groceries in the villa for us as we arrived late in the evening. Approx 15-20min driving distance to some of the best beaches on the island, in our opinion:) A-Bay beach nearby had a few incredible sunsets! We loved walking to the King & Queen shops. We also enjoyed the beautiful warm salt water infinity pool & hot tub, which is a 2 min walk away. Having our coffee every morning on the lanai was a treat with the gorgeous view of the fairway golf course! That’s a few of our highlights! Would definitely consider staying here again!
