Absolutely incredible stay! Lovely and exceptionally clean home with so many welcoming touches. Hosts were so wonderful to coordinate with throughout. We hope to return to this property again and cannot recommend enough!
We very much enjoyed our stay. The Interieur of the House is very nicely decorated with love and the Quality of the equipment was excellent. You have a Great view from the living room and Balcony on the scenery which makes this beautiful Island so Special. The Location is very close to fantastic beaches for Both, swimming and snorkeling. The Hosts have been very friendly and they provided us with a welcome package, including specialities from Hawaii. They Even allowed us to Check out later the day of departure without and additional costs. It definetely was one of the most enjoyable Stays we ever had. We even would give 6 out of five Stars. Lynn and Damian’s place is the best location in Princeville! It is super close to Hideaways and Pipos beaches. We were two families with little ones hauling around a bunch of stuff so it was really nice to stay somewhere where we didn’t have to drive anywhere. Lynn and Damian had great attention to detail and stocked the house with all the necessities and a little more…including an instant pot which made cooking very easy. We would totally book this place again!

The villa was absolutely perfect! It was very clean, had lots of space, and everything we needed. And, the location…you couldn’t ask for anything better! It’s a quick walk to two amazing beaches and within 15 minutes to Hanalei and all the surrounding beaches. Lynn was extremely fast in her replies and was great to work with! If you’re going to Kaua’i, there is no better place to stay than at this villa! We will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing stay, Lynn!
We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful home in Kauai! The view was absolutely stunning - waking up to the scenery was unforgettable. The home was spotless and I mean spotless!!! Beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything needed down to chip clips. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay. Big highlight was the thoughtful welcome package - it was such a kind and generous touch that made us feel instantly welcome. The owners have every detail well thought out and it truly felt like a home away from home. Very quick walk to the beach. Everything was perfect - can't recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again!
Cleanest rental property I have seen in Princeville. Very well located, right at the stairs to the Hotel 1 beach. Very well managed with a well stocked kitchen.
My family and I stayed here for 5 nights. The house was completely spotless and well decorated. We were greeted with a wonderful basket of goodies and a beautiful view of the mountains. This place is a short drive away from Hanalei, where we spent most of our time. We appreciated the nice towels and linens. The beds were also super comfy! It was also very convenient to have a parking space so close to the house. Overall great experience!
This was our first time to Hawaii much less the beautiful island of Kauia - and this was the perfect home base. Such a beautiful home and also easy to get anywhere to and from. Lynn and Damian were dream hosts, so patient, answering lots of questions, making great recommendations and making us feel so welcome. Would stay there again if we ever get back. Mahalo!
We had a great stay! Easy walk to the bluff, Hideaways Beach and Pua Poa beach access behind 1Hotel. We walked to the hotel every morning and enjoyed coffee from the coffee kiosk on the lanai with views of Hanalei Bay. Lynn provided lots of special touches from the Welcome Basket to the well stocked soaps and toiletries. Very clean and easy check in.
Our stay at Lynn and Damian’s place was perfection. The location in Princeville is within walking distance to two beautiful beaches offering snorkeling, swimming, surfing, or just pure relaxation. The home is so clean. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is perfectly stocked. We sat outside on the porch each morning for breakfast and enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere. I would highly recommend staying here. Lynn and Damian were so helpful!
