Welcome to Hale O Imi Loa. This 3br 2ba home has been in Princeville since 1986 and is a local treasure. Recently remodeled, the owners of this home have taken great care to ensure that guests can enjoy a beautiful Hawaiian Vacation here at the home dedicated to their late son. Enter the home on the long driveway with plenty of parking and be welcomed by the local flora and fauna.

Downstairs you will find a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen stocked with everything you would need to make a nice meal. Also located downstairs are 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom offers a Queen size bed and plenty of space to lay one's head after exploring the island. You will find a jack and Jill styled bathroom separating the two bedrooms. Each side of the bathroom offers its own vanity and toilet with a beautifully renovated full shower tub combo in the middle. In the hallways you'll find plenty of books for young and old, board games for all ages, and toys for the keiki (children). Climb the spiral staircase to the 3rd bedroom with exposed wood ceilings and a lovely view behind the queen-size bed. Upstairs you'll also find an en-suite bathroom for your use with a shower tub combo. Head out to the back lanai where you'll find plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the sounds and trade winds of Kauai, as well as an outdoor dining area.

This home provides guests with beach gear, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, grill, outdoor shower, and access to a lovely green belt just behind the yard for you to play in or have an afternoon snack. Located centrally in Princeville, you are surrounded by things to do like a 5min drive to the Makai Gold Course, 5min to the Princeville Playground and the Princeville Shopping Center. My family and I had the best time staying here!! It was clean and bright, with fans in every room and very close to local beaches and locations. We had many day trips to hanalei bay, Anini beach, Hā’ena state park, Waimea canyon, and so many other amazing places! We cooked constantly and the kitchen perfectly met our needs! We relaxed and enjoyed ourselves immensely and having this sweet little house in a safe and friendly neighborhood was key! We played games we found at the house and read the guide books we found there. The Host was extremely responsive and friendly…we had zero problems! Thanks so much for a great time!

Very nice little house with a good outdoor and patio area. Hosts were very helpful and responsive and even went out of their way to return a item that was left behind.

We were immediately comfortable when we walked in the door. The house was wonderful and has a well stocked kitchen. We drank the wine with dinner the second night and it was such a treat. We have a rental in Saratoga WY and will use some of your great ideas in ours. The beach chairs and cooler were also such a thoughtful thing to have available. Mahalo!!

Our family loved this cozy home with all the amenities you need and nothing you don’t. A beautiful space and location near the golf course. 10-15 minute drive from Hanelei. 10/10 would stay again.

Fabulous home, clean and comfortable. The lanai was truly amazing to experience. There is a lot of grass and a shared field behind the house. The street is peaceful and perfect for morning walks. Wish it was my permanent home.
