The house is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. Lanikai beach is just a short walk away, and if your not up for the beach, the pool is great to lounge in. The property also has a large grassy yard for kids to run around in! A really amazing property to stay at!
We LOVED our stay! We annually come to Hawai’i to visit our family who lives here and I am Soooo happy we found this gem! SO Close to Lanikai Beach, having a/c in all the rooms and living room was wonderful, the pool was amazing for days we did not go to the beach, and the home was equipped w everything you could need - even outdoor toys for our keiki! Mary was so kind and welcoming upon arrival and readily available via text if we ever had a Q. Mahalo! We hope that we can stay here again when we come back 🌺💙

Although the VRBO pictures suggest this is a great property it’s true look is only revealed once you step on the property and realize how amazing it is.
The house is spacious, comfortable and loaded with all the amenities a family needs during their stay. The pool is a nice touch -our children thoroughly enjoyed the swim after a full day of island touring.
The best attribute however is it’s close proximity to one of the nicest beaches on the island….Lanikai beach is just a five minute walk away offering pristine white sand, aqua blue waters and a gorgeous view of the Mokulua Islands….a visit to the beach was a daily ritual during our 10 day stay.
Hale Nani, was even better than the pictures. The home was beautiful, well maintained and close to everything. We cant wait to come back
This is by far the most perfect and beautiful property we've ever stayed at in the world, let alone Hawaii. Everything you could ever ask for in a vacation home is here, and the home is immaculately maintained.
You can tell the owners have exquisite taste and the furniture is all gorgeous with lots of real wood and luxury linens.
This place is massive and can easily fit 6-10 people comfortably. The beds are glorious and we felt like kings. There are tons of little details especially for families traveling with kids, including lots of toys, a pack and play, and so much more.
The property itself is stunning and the plantation-style home looks incredible surrounded by the huge lawns. The neighborhood is absolutely ideal for a quite getaway one block from the beach and a couple blocks from the incredible pill box hike.
There are not enough amazing things to say about this place, and we can't wait to stay here again next year and for many years to come.
Very spacious, well maintained house. We stayed there for 10 days with our 4 kids. House came with extra swim fins, 2 kayaks, life jackets, boogie boards, beach towels, and a big wagon. We just loaded up the wagon and kids with gear and walked the 2 blocks to Lanikai beach. Elite management was very helpful in answering questions and they even arranged a baby sitter for us.
Only complaint is the living room furniture. It is stylish, but not the most comfortable.
We stayed at the house for a month in March. 3 adults and 2 small children (3 and 6). The house is beautiful and has the best location in the whole island. The beach behind the house is like paradise. Our children loved to swim and play in the sand every day. The beach is perfect for small children. We even went hiking with the kids up the mountain close to the house. The house is exactly as the pictures. Perfectly clean, spacious, beautiful. If it gets too hot you can use the A/C which is nice and quiet and works great. The beds and comfortable, lots of towels for beach, big washing machine and dryer. I cook most meals at home and the kitchen was big and perfect. Everything you need - pots, pans, cooking utensils, its all there. Great fridge as well for a big family. The yard is great for chilling or playing ball. You even have an outdoor shower with hot water where you can wash off all the sand from the beach. My children loved it. There is a playground a short walk away where the kids can climb or fly kites. All the big food stores are a short car ride away. Wholefoods, Target, Safeway etc. Also cute litte cafes and everything you need is in the small town. Wonderful little gym Anytime Fitness is about 10 min drive. You have sidewalks for runners and bikes also. Nice and safe to walk with the kids to the beach as well. We were so glad we picked this house and not the north shore as it was absolutely perfect for our family. I cant think of anything wrong with it. And I’m a very type A person :) even the price for the house was great for what you really get for it. I would go back in a heartbeat. I never saw Mary but all the little problems and every question we had got fixed in a second with care. We really felt like it was our house for the month and nobody disturbed us. I cant recomment this place highly enough. We have the best memories for the rest of our lives. Loved every minute of the stay! Thank you for renting us this amazing house!
We stayed here for 32 nights over the summer and were a multigenerational family of 8 and the house lends itself perfectly for that with 3 master ensuite and additional 4th bathroom. We had little kids so the reason we took this home was that it is completely secure and walled in so that escape by the kiddies was impossible. The place just works very well with the communal kitchen and living areas in the heart of the home. That said if each room wants its privacy it has it (with enough private space in each room). It is awesome for active families with the Hiking Trail heads very close by and the beach a short stroll away. Mary was fantastic too and could not be friendlier or more attentive!
If I could give the home a 4.9 star I would just because when we arrived the house was not spotless - that however is probably just a one-off and very easy to see past once it was cleaned. Otherwise it is 5 Star all the way.
We've rented a few different homes in Lanikai and this one is our favorite. We found this home to be superb....very comfortable and flows well for a family. Being a newly constructed home was a huge plus too. The home was less than a 5 min walk to the beach and very quiet. Management company was personable and professional. Enjoyed the whole experience and would rent here again in a heart beat.
