This was our second stay at this wonderful property in Kihei, and it truly felt like returning to our second home. My daughter and I came for a special mother–daughter trip, and just like the first time, we loved every second of it. The location is unbeatable—close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. Communication with the host was exceptional, making everything seamless from start to finish. Over the last two years, we’ve created memories here that will last a lifetime. We can’t wait to come back again!
Great location! This condo is walking distance to restaurants and 10 minutes from some of the best beaches in Maui. Condo was very clean and comfortable.

Our stay was perfect! The condo was in a central location that made it easy, and quicker than expected, to get everywhere we wanted to go. The unit was comfortable, immaculate, decorated nicely, had a well stocked kitchen and a comfortable bed. I was concerned that the bedroom by the parking lot would be noisy and that was NOT an issue at all. Very quiet location and complex. A nice bonus was the beach chairs and umbrella. There were some beach toys and snorkel masks (although we didn’t use those). The safe in the closet was a nice touch also. We never used the pool but simply because we were so busy doing other things. The beach in front of the condo was nice to relax at (we didn’t swim there) and the sunsets from there are amazing. No need to go anywhere! The flocks of birds in the mornings were fun to watch. I highly recommend this unit for two and would return. Everything was exactly as expected and better.

Location is great. The downside was the little ants in the kitchen were totally annoying, traps did not work. Neighbors activities most evenings outdoors was intrusive.
We loved this place! It is conveniently located near restaurants and a local grocery store. Great walking in the neighborhood and local park. I loved sitting at the table on the patio listening to the ocean. You can see the water but dunes hide the beach except for the top of umbrellas. Sunsets were amazing and locals blow conch shells as the sun disappears. The king sized bed was super comfortable. Lots of closet, cabinet and counter space to spread out. We would definitely go back!
We really enjoyed this condo! Great location on The ground level with easy access to the pool or beach. We are originally from Maui and were back visiting our kids. Highly recommended
This was such a cute place! Walk out to the beach from our patio! Clean, great amenities, and very attentive to a small matter which was quickly resolved. The sunset is directly in front of us each evening and the quaint beach was perfect! Restaurants and shopping just a few minutes walk. Fantastic!!
This location has a stunning view of sunsets and you could watch whales from the kitchen. It was clean and well equipped with anything you need in the kitchen, etc. The location was a little busy for us but you can walk to stores, restaurants, etc. They are busy roads, but I think that's just Maui.
Bed was very hard. Beach access was amazing. Great beach to see turtles. Shower glass could use a good clean.
Beautiful sunsets every night from your patio. You can sit on the sand or by the pool and enjoy the cool ocean breezes. Easy access to the water. Saw turtles daily. Condo was very clean. Had everything we needed for a 9 night stay. Didn’t want to leave.
Fantastic place to stay, really enjoyed Kihei and the surrounding area.

The condo is perfectly located along the beach with views to the water! We sat on the large lanai every morning and evening enjoying the variety of birds and ocean waves. People came every night for the unobstructed sunsets which were AMAZING! Although the bedroom was small (fits a King though!) the condo has plenty of storage in all rooms for your belongings. An umbrella for the beach (to accompany the provided beach chairs) would have been a plus;)

Aloha! We came to Maui to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had an epic time. We loved the location, unit, and complex. It had everything we needed, amazing sunsets, beautiful ocean views, turtles, pool, grill, and an amazing kitchen. Great shops around the area amazing coffee shop, grocery store, restaurant, etc. Also, the area was super quiet and a great place to relax. We would book here again.
The unit seems to have been very recently updated. They did a great job with the renovation. Super clean, cool and tidy. Great views right out the doors and easy walks to places to eat out or at the market. The overall location is great as it's very central to driving north, south, east or up country for different beaches and experiences.
We had a wonderful time and the walkout was everything we wanted. Will return
Beautiful remodel, amazing location (walk to almost anything you need), great views, amazing sunsets, easy parking, prompt owner communication. We live on Maui and needed a place to stay for a month between selling our home and closing on our new home.. This condo was everything we could have asked for and the owners were a pleasure to deal with.
Views are fabulous - however be aware there is not swiming/snorkling recommended right in front of the condo - however it is Maui, so many great places a short drive away! Hostess was great at communication and accommodating our needs. Would recommend additional towels/wash cloths for guests.
This unit is stunning. Quality finishes and fully equipped. This unit is first floor ocean front with a beautiful lawn. I wouldn’t stay in this building unless I was on the first floor. It is such an extension of the space. The management in the building is very helpful w d available. The complex is close to everything.
This property met all of our expectations. The bed was very comfortable as well as the living room furniture. Super linens and kitchen supplies.

Seriously, we couldn't have picked a better place to stay for my wife and me. The pictures do not do this property justice as the beach is closer than it looks. Great location, as well! Aside from Hana, everything was within 30 minutes. Will definitely stay here again!
This is a great little condo, right on the beach. It's in central Maui and a good launch point for much if the island. A few minutes from more resorty Wailea, 25 minutes from Lahaina or Paia. Clean with a bunch of amenities like beach chairs, little coolers, etc. We often got back around sunset for awesome views from the beach or the patio/lanai. The other folks in the building were chill and friendly. Very few folks on the beach, so it felt private. Water was great and calm. Saw a few turtles each day on the beach and constantly sat and watched the whales offshore. Everything was easy and as listed, so we never had to contact anyone on anything. Really enjoyed this location and will seek to stay here again if we get to return to Maui.
