Walking in the views of the ocean are beautiful. However, the first drawer we opened in the kitchen revealed two roaches running around. Those two had a big week they were in the drawer again later in the week. A few hours later a large roach cruised across the kitchen floor. All in all many more roaches were encountered. The next evening we tried to use the TV following the directions in the book but the TV and cable would not come on. Turns out after trying to diagnose for 10 mins we discovered there were no batteries in the remote. Luckily the third remote contained batteries and we were able to power on the TV/cable. Morning breakfast was an adventure turns out some of the cookware doesn’t activate the convection stove top. We called to report the burners not working but after trying a few other pans in the cabinet the copper color pans would activate the convection process. The bathroom sink in the master as the top of the steps doesn’t work on the cold water side. Finally, the shower at the top of the steps leaks through the kitchen light onto the stove. We had seven people in this location and being down one shower was a real inconvenience. Looking back at an number of the reviews of this location it turns out this shower has been leaking for years. I took picture to document much of these issues but it turns out they can’t be uploaded here. Last there are boards falling off the exterior the picture on this site is not recent.

overall was a great stay at the property. spacious, clean, and well-stocked with amenities especially towels. also the views are amazing. as the back part of the property faces west, sunsets were visible every single night and also we were able to see the moonset as well in the early hrs of the morning before the sun came up.at check-in, the property was a bit hot since it was in the dead of summer and we did have to use the a/c and it was a painless process since the property manager was easily reachable and professional.the property manager was easy to deal with and communicated well and quickly.staying here i would definitely recommend having a vehicle as there really isn't anything closely walkable from here. the coconut grove marketplace is a few miles away. the property is gated that would fit one vehicle inside.there are a few minor things that could use a bit more upkeep (windows, screens, etc) but nothing that really impacted our stay.would recommend staying at this property

The property itself has a great location and plenty of room. As others have commented, it is not the best place as far as upkeep. Lots of little things that could be fixed (i.e. hole in the kitchen ceiling, broken seals on doors, etc.) I know that bugs are common to the area, but it seemed that there was an abundance. Perhaps the pest control services need to be upgraded.
The house was great! Some of the furniture was a little outdated, but it still was comfortable. The property manager was very hard to deal with, and it does not tell you in the review were in the description that one of the bathrooms is not accessible. so we looked for a house for four couples with four bedrooms and four bathrooms thinking that they were all usable. One bathroom leaked onto the kitchen stove and when we asked about it, he said we weren’t supposed to use it. Property manager never told us that then we also asked for the air to be put on and it didn’t work and we had to have the air conditioning people come out and fix the air. The thermostat didn’t show what temperature it was on and it didn’t go on and off correctly. The house had a beautiful view of the back yard, which was the ocean and it was in good condition but for overall, if a bathroom doesn’t work, I wouldn’t listed as a working one and charge people for it. The only thing the property manager did was refund the air condition because it cost to turn the air conditioner on, I would not recommend dealing with him ever again!

The kitchen was very well stocked. Great area. The view was amazing! Pictures on sight a a little deceiving. The house could use a little tlc. We had problems with the fans, one could be fixed the otero could not. Two of the bed in the bedrooms we broken. The dryer kept saying clean lint trap out when there was nothing in it. It could have been a little cleaner. Our feet were always black when walking on floor without shoes. Most of the outside lights did not work. We called on Saturday for some of the issues and had to wait until Monday for handyman to come.

The location and view from this house was stunning. The sound of the waves crashing all night lulled us to sleep! We saw dolphins and many fish from the lani's. I have to say though that some updating of the windows and screens are much needed. Very tough to open and close! Also, we arrived after a very long flight to a very hot house! We had chosen no A/C, so a good idea for the next renters, to have some windows open the day of arrival to allow the house to cool down.

This house got a billion dollar view but the house needs a major repair. We had multiple issues during our stay (two many). The management was very responsive and gave us a huge discount. They said they will repair the house thoroughly before renting it out again so hopefully it works out. I hope for the best for the management too since they are really nice and I forgot all the issues we had and miss the view already!
When first walking into the house it is beautiful. It was perfect for our family in the end but would not have been a good choice if our one handicap person had been able to come (no bedrooms on main floor, expect sleeping space in garage). We loved the view and the awesome sunsets. The house a couple malfunctions while there...we were unable to use the upstairs hall shower as it leaked from above through a light onto the stove. Also we had heavy rain one of the nights and there was an area in the 2nd primary bedroom that had a sagging ceiling and water leaked out onto my family's luggage. I spoke with the property manager and he said he would attempt to get someone out to look at it but I never saw anyone during the rest of our stay. Definitely get the AC while at the house. It would be way to stuff without it.
