Unfortunately our stay was not great. It was interrupted by a noisy construction emergency for 2-3 days to the condo near our rental. We had to leave and find other accommodations. We spent a lot of money on the rental and were treated like sorry, but not our fault. After much back and forth they did offer a small discount for one night of the stay, not enough to compensate for the inconvenience in my book. Overall since the issue described in this review was not addressed to our satisfaction I can’t give it a good recommendation. Plus, the building is pretty old and the elevators malfunctioned, and the surrounding area was sketchy. On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable and the ocean view off the balcony was nice.

Overall everything was good. Good location for Waikiki access. Things were pretty much expected from pictures. Was a little suprised about small things like a detailed cleaning being needed.

Pros: good communication and customer service with owner/managers, great view on 31st floor, parking easy, and location is perfect for us.
Cons: AC leaks onto lanai. No fitted sheets on bed, kind of a hassle.

The unit was clean, the kitchen well-stocked, convenient for garbage disposal, the property management company was good. View from the lanai is solid.
The whole unit itself is tired and dated (separate from the common areas, also tired). The bathroom was particularly rough. The pictures are forgiving.
Overall, not bad and location is top notch.

A long block & a half to the beach. Spotty elevator service so be sure to allow extra time.
Unit itself was very clean and partial view of ocean was nice waking up to. Well stocked for arrival. Condition of moldings & door jams, particularly around the bathroom, certainly gave away its age.

The unit was beautiful! We’ve stayed at the Waikiki Banyon before and Love the location. The building has been recently painted and this unit is completely remodeled! Would definitely stay in this unit again!

Stench from fan in restroom wasn't pleasant at all. Carpets in halls need major changing. Building is super old.
