Might be good for others. After arriving and no air conditioning, it was just too hot and muggy. We decided not to stay and found something else on the island. Just not for us.

Quite unit in best location.
Condo is small but has everything needed, including upgraded appliances and beach chairs umbrella etc. The best part that it is right on the beach, so you can be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves crashing on shore. Wonderful snorkeling and family friendly vibe.
This was perfect for us. The patio is right on the beach and was great for meals and reading. We could see many whale spouts in the distance. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen we’ll equiped

This was my second time staying at this unit this year and my first for my fiance. Our 5th & 6th trip in a year to Maui. You can not get a better deal on the island with the location. Literally on the beach. Like I reviewed earlier this year I told my fiancé that size doesn’t matter!!! And she was impressed. The sound of the ocean singing you to sleep each night everything you need is what this unit provides. From a clean unit to beach chairs and towels. Has it all plus more!!! We will be back!!! Mahalo!!!
We are a repeat visitors to unit 108. My wife and I absolutely love this condo and the hosts are absolutely amazing.
We take a yearly trip to Maui for a one week vacation and we will absolutely be reserving for third time for next year.

Absolutely amazing!! Can’t wait to tell my fiancé that really, size doesn’t matter!!! Super clean. Check in and out is just an easy process. Has everything one would need. With traffic, the commute to the beach is 15 seconds. Like the Terminator said. I’ll be back!!!
What a great little condo for two people. We loved the location on the first floor, sitting on the deck, watching the waves and all the people. The condo had everything we needed. Napili Bay resort is in the perfect location to do and see it all. The best part is the snorkeling right outside the building. Nice people, nice location.
The location is phenomenal! The beach is great, we saw whales for the porch. The crashing wave just made it so relaxing.
We did have a couple of issues. The layout is the same as the pictures but there is a giant TV on the wall now and there is no table to eat at inside. Also, the coffee table is huge compared to the pictures.
We had bugs in the cabined where we were to put our grocers as well as in the dishwasher. Last thing is we had to buy paper towels and garbage bags. Lots of request to take trash out without any bags to do so.
