This condo was very clean and comfortable during our entire 10 day stay. We enjoyed the kitchen, the very comfortable king bed, and living room area. Very convenient to many of the lovely south Maui beaches for snorkeling. All in all a great place for our time in Maui.
Ken was a great communicator, very clean and well appointed condo. Quick 5min walk to the beach and great central location to explore Maui.

Lovely place to stay in Kihei. The condo is very spacious and well outfitted for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed exploring the area and returning for a swim in the pool right across the yard and drinking a glass of wine watching the sun go down on the Lanai. Kitchen was nicely supplied for our cooking needs. Would stay again, and recommend to others.
Well located condo with nice grounds, pool and spa. Close to many restaurants and beaches. I especially appreciated how well supplied the unit was. Everything you need is there including beach supplies and kitchen supplies. We really enjoyed our stay.
Apparently my check-out date was one day wrong, so the front door was closed to me, but the owner was able to quickly deal with the situation.
As for the facilities, they were very clean and I had a comfortable stay.

This is my 3rd time staying at this property. My daughter and I look forward to coming here every year. The condo is so comfortable and very well maintained. We appreciate Ken; he is quick to respond and we appreciate him welcoming us back each year.
This is our second stay at this condo, and it was great both times. Good location, walk to food. Beaches across the street and 2 pools. Awesome unit with everything you need for the beach including boogie boards and snorkel gear. Great turtle beach across the street just south of the boat launch. When looking at the water just over the jetty of the boat launch is a small beach where we saw at least 2 turtles each afternoon/evening laying on the beach. We'll be back again.
This condo is a great place to stay! It has everything you need to enjoy Maui. Even though it was around 80 degrees everyday, we didnât need the air conditioner. We just opened the windows and doors in the front and back and got an awesome breeze blowing through the condo.
The location is fantastic! Itâs close to beaches, shopping, walking, whale watch trips and good restaurants.
The condo was very clean and well appointed. When I needed a hair dryer, Lora brought one over quickly. The tv stopped working and we had a new smart 65 inch the next day. We loved that it was on downstairs condo and walking distance from everything in Kihei. Lovely lanai and green space..grounds were beautiful. Thank you.
The condo is in a great location, right across from the lower pool. The grounds are beautiful! The condo is extremely well equipped with what you'll need for a nice vacation. The only thing is it's a little tired and will soon need a update. I would recommend it to all looking for an overall great vacation condo.
