The beach house was just as advertised in the listing. It was perfect size for the eight of us to be quite comfortable for our entire stay. I loved the house as a central location for all our excursions. Everything was close by. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting Kauai for a fun vacation.

Home was beautifully located right on the beach where we sat each morning and night in the comfy chairs. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed for breakfast and lunch prep. The house was perfect for our group and I wouldn't change a thing. 7 days was not long enough.
We had a great time.House was as presented in the pictures. There was 8 of us.. lots of room,lots of towels etc. Loved the location.
We absolutely loved staying in this house! It is exactly how it is pictured in the listing. Lots of hot water, comfortable beds, boogie boards, and snorkeling equipment. The location is great. It in the between the north and south. The little beach is so fun to explore. Lots of little crabs. We walked to eat many evenings. I was so sad to leave. We can't wait to come back.
Such a beautiful vibe at this well planned and well kept home! Our two daughters, their spouses, and two grandsons age 9 & 12 enjoyed a great stay with us. Careful thought was evident in every area of family life, from dining to sleeping to beach gear. Walked everywhere on the beautiful path, enjoyed the comfy beach views, moments away from groceries and shops. Comfortable for us in our seventies, gangs of fun for the preteens. Took snorkel classes the first day and swam with big turtles and beautiful fish. Went to the Smith Family Luau and feasted on their delicious fare plus special plates they made for our food allergy and vegans. Enjoyed the incredibly delicious gluten free treats at Haole Girl. I do not enjoy hotels and this was the perfect alternative.

The spot under the tree in the backyard was the best reading spot in the house. Waking up in the morning to the sunrise from bed was exquisite.I haven’t slept so well in a long time. Stores are within walking distance which made eating in super convenient.
Perfect! We come to Hawaii every January. This will be the place we want to stay when we come to Kauai!
This house had everything we needed, including a cooler, beach chairs, and beach towels. It was amazing to walk out onto the beach in the mornings while the others still slept. And the bike path runs right in front of the property, so I took in the sunrise views while getting my steps in. AMAZING property!!!!!!!
The location of this property was amazing. It made our trip great. We were close to a lot of food choices. Rob provided all the things you need while on vacation! Nice beds, clean place, beautiful kitchen and everything you need. Very great host!
Great stay in Kapa'a in Kauai!
Plenty of room for all 7 of us enjoying a family vacation. We could step out the back door to the beach and hear the waves all night. Lots of masks, snorkels, fins, and other water toys to borrow. The beach is rocky but we enjoyed the water and walking to nearby beaches.
Location was close to the airport and easy drive to north and south island destinations. Shopping for anything we needed was close enough to walk to from our quiet street. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking for our crew; coffee pots, slow cooker, microwave, gas oven and stove, we used them all!
The owner was quick to respond with any requests and made sure we were taken care of.

This was a very pretty and comfortable home. Loved the views from the back! Great place to come home to at the end of the day and also a great place to start the day as well
The house was just as described and definitely did not disappoint. We greatly enjoyed the beach right outside our front door! It was amazing for snorkling. The communication with the host was very clear and helpful when needed. We would gladly come back and recommend!!!!
Very comfortable home, work directly with owner, responsive and flexible. Walk to grocery and restaurants. Bike/walking path is a huge benefit.

Kaapa is central to the north and south parts of thr island so is quite convenient.
Costco 15-20 min drive. Safeway is walking distance.
Loved the hikes, kayaking, boating, and snorkeling!
Rob was exceptionally responsive to all questions and needs.
We have stayed in several VRBOs and he has been the best host we have had.
If you want to come to Kauai, this is an excellent choice! And if you need A/C there is not other place!

This house is perfectly located midway up the East side making trips up to Wiamai Canyon or down to Poi’pu Beach very easy and quick.
The house is wonderfully furnished and stocked with all necessities. Beds are very comfortable and the split zone AC’s kept everyone very comfortable. Another great thing was that for 6 warm shower loving people, no one ever ran out of hot water!!
Owner Rob was very prompt and thorough in all of our communications!!

We enjoyed our stay at this private beachfront house. The house is fully equipped with all the necessities. Drinking morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean was a great way to start the day. A sandy beach and ocean is just a few steps from the backyard deck. We enjoyed riding bikes and walking along the trail that runs in front of the house and along the ocean. We enjoyed walking to town for shopping and sampling food from the food trucks -all delicious. The host was quick to respond to the few questions we had. We would definitely return to this ocean retreat!

Given our evening arrival, he advised us to get dinner in Lihue as most restaurants would be closed in Kapa'a. The location was very convenient for walking to shopping, restaurants, bike rental, and beautiful walks along the Kapa'a beach.

Great location of a truly spectacular home. The view from the property is almost too stunning to be real. Everything you need is in the house and the owners were very responsive to our inquiries. We celebrated my wife’s birthday and she couldn’t have been happier. Very hard to leave this house and this island.

Can’t say enough good things about this house. Location was perfect- walking distance to town and that beach!! Just stunning. We would be lucky to get to stay here again.
