About this property
DIRECT Oceanfront on the front corner 5th floor south ocean side. A Five Star Plus Award Luxury condo and there is nothing that compares to the Location and Views of this very spacious 1900 square foot condo along the famous Kaanapali Beach Resort. 2bdrm, 2 bathrooms on suites. SLEEPS 6 IN TOTAL
The resort offers Beach Towels and beach chairs at the pool cabana for all guests staying at the Alii. Stop by the pool cabana and check out all the services and items they have to offer you!
When you arrive on property, you’ll be greeted by one of the friendly Bellmen. They are very helpful and can help you with your luggage and GUEST FREE parking needs. Remember to take care of them.
Inside the Front Desk where you check-in, you will be greeted and handed over a resort package and map and Keycards for the condo door and Towel cards for pool side, the staff are able answer any questions you have on the resort and services available.
The Kaanapali Alii has a "Security After Hours" cell phone for the property. The phone will be carried by the Overnight Security Officer 7 days a week. The phone number for the security officer on staff is (808)795-3586. The Director of Security is Sidney Nakamura; his contact number is (808) 264 4908.
You won’t be alone when it comes to planning your trip. The Concierge Service Desk will be more than happy to help you book activities, bike car rentals and anything else, the Concierge service desk is available 8-4, so just give them a call if you need anything.
If you do have any issues with the actual inside of the condo unit, please contact your property manager / host - Bonnie Chadwick to resolve any issues. as the front desk might not be able to take care of your issue.

Our private guests are all registered at the Front Desk at the resort, you need the reservation Name ID and the unit number for check-in. Any issues call Bonnie Chadwick.
Please check-in any time after 3PM at the Front Desk. Our Guests will receive a package with the resort information and your computerized door keycard and beach towel cards and your parking pass.
The bellmen can park your car for you and help with your luggage to your condo unit.

Our lanai doors retract back to let the outside in! Our PRIVATELY rented premier condo will sleep up to a party of six comfortably and offers 1,900 square feet of pure direct oceanfront luxury. Our direct Oceanfront luxury condo includes upgraded designer furniture, stone countertops, travertine flooring, a beautifully appointed kitchen with a Single Pod Keurig Coffee Machine and a handful of pods for your check in day. We also present our designed en-suite bathrooms. Entertainment amenities will include flat screen Smart TV's, with Wireless internet service, a small safe is available in the condo. You will be completely dazzled and amazed when you walk thru the front entrance.
The new large open floor plan was all changed and reconfigured. You will fall in love! In fact, you will not want to leave ever. Maui has many ways to travel on the island. You have lots of choices to pick from.
If you are adventuresome, it would be advantageous to rent a car or arrange shuttle bus services. The island is 2nd largest in sq footage in Hawaii... lots to see and do all over the island of Maui. here ae a few ideas for you to check out:
The Maui Bus, Uber or Lyft rides, various taxis, shuttle buses available for island tours and the also shuttles for hire to OGG Maui airport, hired private drivers, Rental cars, and also rental bikes or scooters.

GUESTS RESPONSIBLE TO REMOVE GARBAGE & RE-CYCLEABLE DAILY TO THE GARBAGE CHUTE IN THE HALLWAY NEXT TO THE ELEVATORS. PLEASE ENSURE YOU SECURE YOUR CONDO UNIT WHEN NOT THERE.
WE DO NOT OFFER OR HAVE DAILY MAID SERVICE.
WE DO NOT SUPPLY INFANTS or CHILDRENS FURNITURE - cribs, highchairs etc... you can rent them on Maui, www.babyquip.com is allowed to drop off and set up and remove your rental furniture.
Our Complimentary "Check-in Starter Kit" includes the following supplies: Keurig Coffee Pods (10), tea bags, Packaged Sugar, Salt and Pepper, and other house spices Kitchen sponge. Dish detergent and Dishwasher detergent, Paper towel roll, Garbage bags Several rolls (4) of toilet tissue in each bathroom, Liquid hand soaps in both bathrooms, Kleenex Hotel-size Shampoo, conditioner, Wash Gel, and Body Lotion Please note that the starter kit items are NOT replenished.
PLEASE REMOVE ALL SAND OUTSIDE THE CONDO, IF YOU BLOCK THE DRAINS IN CONDO, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST TO CLEAR THEM.
WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS OR GUESTS FRIENDS PETS inside our condo unit or on the grounds outside.
PLEASE NO SPRAY SUNTAN LOTION IN THE CONDO, IT STAINS THE FURNITURE AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED TO HAVE THE STAINS REMOVED.

The Alii is the best place on Kaanapali-especially if you want to be ableTo cook for yourself at least some of the trip! This is the first time we stayed in beachfront unit, and it’s fantastic to have the sense you’re right in the beach when sitting in the lanai. The kitchen amenities were a bit lacking, the knives in sad shape-but other than that can’t complain!!
Absolutely stunning location and accommodations! We even watched whales breach and dolphins play from our lanai! Bonnie has always been amazing to work with! Fast, clear, friendly communication!

Bonnie was awesome and quick to respond to any questions. The condo was perfect when we arrived and we loved every minute of our stay. The view was spectacular from the balcony and we enjoyed watching the whiles breach. We would stay there again and again. Everything we needed was supplied in the condo.

This unit was one of the nicer ones we've stayed in at the Kaanapali Alii. Very cozy, modern furnishings, beautiful view and very comfortable beds! Perfect for families.

Spotlessly clean, excellent layout and perfectly appointed. This unit made for an exceptional extended family vacation to Maui. Communication with the property manager was exceptional. Bonnie went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up appropriately and answered every question we had. Having the perfect beach view for every sunset, this unit will not disappoint. We will book again in the future.
The only item missing was a beach umbrella - some of the other units include these, and they're a nice, inexpensive add as opposed to paying $60/day from the Alii. Bonnie was great.

We loved our time at the Kaanapali Ali’i. It’s the best property on the beach. The lanai is amazing! We spent hours every morning watching whales. The grounds are beautiful, and the resort and beach were not too crowded. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect!

Beautiful property, incredible views, very clean and well equipped.Quality furnishings and beds/pillows were so comfortable. Bonnie was excellent answering questions at the time of booking and called me direct to talk to me. So helpful. Watching whales from the lanai while drinking coffee in the mornings was amazing. Will definitely come back.
Everything about our stay was perfect. The unit is great, the owner is responsive, and the front desk and staff are friendly. Location to restaurants and Whalers Village also was good.

I think the seating on patio needs to be freshened up. Also, I have rented previous condos in area and had beach chairs and snorkel gear in unit for everyone included which would be the little extra in this property that would put it over the top. Great condo in a perfect location. Will def rent again.

This condo is second to known. Absolutely beautiful view and well appointed. The location in the complex is great - low noise, etc and the location of the complex itself was central to the Kaanapali Beach area. The entire team from booking, concierge, etc was very responsive and easy to work with.
I'd consider staying in this property again in the near future. We had a great time during our one week vacation to Maui. The resort team members were very friendly and greeted us often.

We had stayed at the Westin for many years before trying the Kaanapali Ali'i, and we have not looked back! We love the laid back atmosphere of the resort, and the pool policy of an 8:00am opening... no getting up early to 'reserve' chaise lounges. We love the ease of waking up to coffee on our own lanai (vs. standing in line at Starbucks) and enjoying breakfast & lunch in the condo. Although we eat most dinners out, we always plan at least one evening to take advantage of the poolside grills and 'Master Griller' who is available to help cook any or all parts of your meal. I have mainly worked w/ Bonnie, who I have always found very responsive to any questions or issues.
We had a wonderful stay, we loved our condo and sad to leave. It had everything we could’ve wanted including laundry in the condo. We would definitely return. We received a call right after booking from the manager, who gave us helpful information about Maui after covid.
