About this property
Welcome to The Seashore Sanctuary, a beautiful, relaxing, and cozy getaway in the heart of paradise! This Kauai condo is a penthouse unit, decorated in royal blue, and is located on the top floor. The location provides the best up-close ocean views and the utmost of peace and quiet with no upstairs neighbors!
From the private outdoor lanai, you will enjoy the beauty of the crashing waves as you watch the blue and teal waves come rolling in. In the mornings, you can enjoy the gorgeous sunrises from the lanai. At any time of day, you can dine outside, as you delight in the sights and sounds of the ocean.
This condo complex has a small beach out back that guests can enjoy. Ordinarily, there are very few people using this beach, which is a plus for our guests. It is a good beach for sunning, surfing, boogie boarding, and parasailing.
Our condo is conveniently located on the coast but in the center of the island, making for shorter trips to the north or south sides of the island. We are close to restaurants and shops, yet far enough away to feel like a special private getaway.
Our one bedroom, one bath condo includes the following:
Bedroom: King bed, air conditioning, t.v., dresser, and closet
Kitchen: Full kitchen, bar stools, well-stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, silverware, and lots of cookware
Living Room: T.V., air conditioning, couch, table and chairs
Bathroom: Shower, plush towels, large mirror, hair dryer
Lanai: Outdoor dining area, chairs, fan
Beach Equipment: Beach umbrella, beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, large, plush beach towels
Swimming pool, barbecue grills available for guests to use.
Although this listing is new, we are experienced vacation rental hosts. We own three other VRBO properties, including The Seashore Hideaway, which is located in this same Wailua Bay View complex in unit 208.
We also own two other oceanfront condos that are on the big island. Those condos are known as The Seashore Oasis and The Seashore Escape, both of which are located at Kona Reef Resort.
