It is a relaxed area for travelers who want a peaceful place to recharge between beach outings.

Getting Around:

Kona International Airport is about 25 to 30 minutes away by car. A rental car is recommended for reaching coastal beaches, resort shopping, and dining from this upcountry golf community. The village center offers a few walkable shops and eateries, while beaches and larger resort areas are a drive away. Parking is typically available on site or in nearby lots.
