Living room has a queen pull out couch. The unit also has a full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.
At the resort, indulge in your home away from home: unwind in one of three sand-bottom hot tubs, relax poolside with a refreshing drink, or savor Pacific-Rim cuisine at the beachfront Oasis Restaurant and Bar. This spacious suite is perfect for couples or families, offering unparalleled comfort for even the most discerning travelers. The resort is just steps away from the beach, where you can enjoy the beautiful ocean views and relax on the sandy shore. You can also indulge yourself at Waipouli's Spa by the Sea or work out at the Fitness Hut. Each tower at Waipouli has it's own elevator to reach the top floors.

Host was very responsive and great to work with. Property faces the street but is still very private with large palm trees right in front for privacy. Great resort!
Unit was perfect for family of four. Included extra for the beach which was much appreciated! Unit was clean and had everything we needed to cook as needed.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our seventh stay at Waipouli and although the location is still great, the unit we rented showed it's age. The unit was clean but the carpets and chairs were stained and some of the chairs require restuffing. Appliances overall were good however stove top took forever to heat up and there was no stove top vent, so steam and odors filled the room. Beach chairs and toys in the room were great.
Love staying at Waipouli Beach resort when visiting Kauai in the summer. Great pool with slides!

The condo itself was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The resort is on the beach and directly across the street is a Safeway, Starbucks, and shave ice place that we crossed the street to get groceries and necessities. The resort is about 10 minutes from the airport which was perfect for our early morning flight, and a good location in general. We enjoyed the amenities such as the beautiful pools, 3 hot tubs, 2 slides, and on-site restaurant overlooking the beach. Could not recommend this resort more and we look forward to staying here again in the future.
