This condo was perfect for our Kauai trip. The view is stunning and we were able to see turtles almost every day. The location is also great for many activities like going to a Luau, kayaking to Secret Falls, and is also walking distance to the Coconut Market Place. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Host was very responsive, making the check in and out process really easy. Room looked exactly like in the photos. But I wish the sofa bed was thick and that the attachments were not rusted. So whoever stays on the sofa bed may be a little uncomfortable, but everything else was clean and lovely. Also appreciated that the unit we were staying in has a washer and dryer for my clothes! You get a great view of the ocean and a visit from the local chickens which makes for a lively time.

Great view. Very well kept place. Really appreciate the host recommendations of what to possibly do on the island. This really helped us plan our activities which were great. Communication was stress free with host. Even though we did not use them having snorkel gear available if needed was appreciated. We ended up doing a snorkel "cruise". Would highly recommend this VRBO and if we come back to the island again will definitely book same place. Thanks Kevin

This location worked great for exploring different parts of the island, and having such a beautiful view was very special. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and even some extra items that came in very handy, like ice packs for our cooler. There is some traffic noise in the bedroom, if you’re sensitive to that. Overall, we had a great stay and we’d recommend!

This was a great location! Luke was very responsive when we had questions. The condo is centrally located on the island and very clean with unforgettable views! We would definitely stay here again!!!

We enjoyed staying at this condo. It had a southern view of the Wailua Bay area and was a great location for splitting up day visits to the northern and the southern parts of the island. My wife has limited mobility and this condo worked well for us. It will not work for someone that is constrained to a wheelchair but for someone that can walk some, it works well. The condo is on the 1st floor and has 2 steps to get up to the main walkway and then 3 steps to get up to the condo itself. There was an accessible parking spot just outside the condo door so the walk to the condo was only about 40 feet away from the car. The shower does not have a grab bar, but it does have a corner seat at the back. Unfortunately, the entrance to the shower is in the back and it does not have a door so you cannot tilt the spray head to reach you if you need to be seated for your shower. Tilting the head would allow water to soak outside the shower area and onto the bathroom floor. Otherwise, the shower is nicely done.The condo had a buggy board, snorkel equipment, beach chairs, float noodles etc. I wish I had found the binoculars before our last day. Furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, bowls, etc. The condo is adjacent to the pool for easy access. We heard limited or no noise from neighbors in the other condo units or entering the pool area and shared the lanai with just a few of the chickens found on the island.

This is a nice condo that is easy to access, close to the airport, beautiful view, and has everything you need. Check-in was relatively simple and there were no issues with parking. There is no central air conditioning, although there is a wall unit in the bedroom. It can get a little muggy in the unit but that's the nature of Hawai'i. The condo has a brewery across the street, a convenience store across the street, and only a mile from a grocery store. We were able to walk to some restaurants. The condo had towels, adequate kitchen ware, and a good refrigerator. The living room sliding doors did not have curtains which was a little odd. We didn't need to engage really with the host, but the little we did before checking in was just fine. Minimal check out rules, which was nice. I would return.

The space was as described. Simple living space and the pull out queen was comfortable for my child. The patio facing the ocean is fantastic! It was so great to see and hear the ocean at all times. The bedroom was comfortable and clean. We used the laundry and it was clean and worked well. Host was responsive and kind. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The furniture was all old and uncomfortably soft. The bed frame has sharp corners that is easy to scrape ones leg. The shower was so blasting hard and fast it was too hard to take a shower - it took 2 days for the host to replace the shower head. The host was responsive to calls and texts. The clothes washer and dryer were good and nice to have.

Had a fantastic shower! Updated bath and kitchen as well. Location was very close to the airport and access to good roads to the rest of the island. Nearby eateries and market area close enough to walk to. Nice pool area and lanai; close to golf, and fine beaches.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was close to everything we needed, restaurants, shops, groceries and Coconut Marketplace. It made getting around so easy and stress-free.The place itself was clean, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was comfy and the kitchen had plenty of cookware. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer and how quiet the bottom unit was.Sitting on the lanai every morning and evening was my favorite part! We watched humpback whales blow in the distance, a sea turtle and some surfers! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay with kind hosts!

Great location easy to get around the island. The condo was well equipped.

Our top 3 criteria are: ocean front, AC in the bedroom, and reasonable price. This place hit all three which is why we chose it and we were not disappointed! First floor, close to parking lot, several restaurants within a couple of blocks. Very quiet. If you’ve never been to Kauai, be sure to bring ear plugs - the roosters are all over the island and they crow all day long. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a great place to stay for a visit to the island! There is a nice protected swimming/snorkeling place a couple minutes away (great for anyone but especially anyone with younger children) along with lots of food choices. Getting to other parts of the island for exercusions and hiking was an easy drive. The place itself has all you need - laundry, snorkeling gear to use, and sounds of the ocean waves!

Love staying here with the amazing ocean view where we saw turtles, dolphins, whales and all sorts of water activities! Nice convenient location to either stay in Wailua, Kapaa or head North or South for the day! Mahalo for the place to stay!

This place is perfect. Spacious, inviting, functional. Perfect for a couple who spends days hiking, kayaking, or other activities, and evenings chilling at home. Plenty of parking and access to practical things. The hosts are great too

Great location! Perfect for my wife and my 1 year old daughter. Nothing like eating breakfast on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Host was super accommodating, washer and dryer with some laundry pods were extra helpful. Stay here.

We enjoyed the ocean view, especially when we were having breakfast early in the morning. The laundry in the unit was great. We liked being on the ground level close to the pool when we grilled and came back for the day to swim. We made our host aware of a fan not working and it was delivered to our condo instantly that same day.

Everything was in clean and functional. We really appreciated the beach accessories.

We did not use the kitchen much, just breakfast and quick lunch. Washer/Dryer seemed fairly new and more than adequate.

5 Stars for an unbeatable sea view!We preferred to make our own meals to stay on budget. It was nice to have a well equiped kitchen with very nice appliances. A Safeway grocery & Longs pharmacy are a quick drive & had what we needed. We appreciated the washer/dryer, too. Especially since we only wanted to pack carry on bags for the 9 day trip. The condo is updated/renovated to a very good standard. The decor' is nicely done. We struggled with heat and humidity. (The heat index was 95/96 when we were there.) The ceiling fans helped some. We were definitely grateful for the air conditioner in the bedroom where we could cool down.The host responded promptly when we had a question. The location is perfectly central on the island for sight seeing and day trip activities, as well as close to the airport. Overall is was a wonderful visit to Kauai!

Loved the view and easy access to the main road. The pillows are very thin for side sleepers but a couple together worked out. Shower water pressure was fantastic.

This is our second stay at this amazing condo! We love ground floor location and close proximity to parking lot and very close to the pool! From the moment you walk through the front door your breath is taken away! Beautiful ocean view! We cooked in the condo more this time because you can’t beat the view from the lanai! You can hear the ocean and feel the breeze throughout the entire condo. It’s a short walk to the Coconut Marketplace and several great restaurants. Very highly recommend this gem! We will be back for sure!

What a great place to stay!!! The location is incredibly convenient, close to the airport, town, beaches, everything!! The unit had a very comfortable king bed, well supplied kitchen, nice towels, and the best water pressure I have ever had in a shower!

The location for the condo was centralized for us to see all of the island. Fantastic view of the ocean. Was not pleased with the fact the condo only had air conditioning in the bedroom. The property listing only said air conditioning. We assumed that meant the entire condo. If we had known that fact, we would have selected a different property. Bathroom was updated but the rest of the unit was not updated. CAble did not work and took us a day to figure out how to operate the Roku. Directions were not accurate.

Very nice property with great views and location. Check in was pretty easy, battery on the keypad was dead so had to use the back up key, no problem. My only concern was lack of AC, it is only in the bedroom and the ad lists the unit as having AC. Great for the bedroom (was a bit loud) but the rest of the apartment was very warm. Overall nice place with great views and location.

Property is as advertised. Host was accommodating. Watched surfers, kite surfers, and saw turtles right from the balcony. Beach chairs and boogie boards were a nice touch. Even though it’s on the first floor, it is completely private and secure. Couldn’t see anyone else on their lanais and no one comes back where the lanai is. Note, there are a few stairs to the unit. Not a problem for us, but could be important for someone else. Been to Kauai before and stayed in Princeville. Too congested and far from many things. In my opinion this condo is the perfect place to stay. Wailua is so quiet, easy access to beaches (which were mostly empty), and very close to shops and restaurants. Super convenient to the airport too.

We enjoyed the views and listening to the waves crash along the beach. The condo is in a great location to see the sites around Kauai and it was a short walk to a number of restaurants and stores. Our granddaughter loved the pool which is kept warm. The condo was comfortable and well equipped for our stay. We really enjoyed ourselves. Our granddaughter wants to come back every year.We opened the windows and let the trade winds keep the place cool, never needed the ac.

We decided to go to Kauai, needing rest! This was a great place for us to get it. It was clean, located centrally, and we loved that the ocean was right in view, and so close! We were appreciative to have a stocked kitchen (except for condiments and coffee), and we used it regularly. There are some very good restaurants in the area, and a lovely farmers market a short walk away. We made good use of the pool, which was steps away from our door. The apartment is a bit on the dark side, but it's well-lit with lamps and overhead lights.

The lanai is were we spent the majority of our time while in the condo. We saw the occasional turtle, surfers, fisherman, and rain showers off in the distance. Grounds are beautiful. Pool was really nice. We grilled there a couple of evenings. Grills seem fairly new and were well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, and everything worked well. The extras like ice chest, beach chairs, and an umbrella really added to our enjoyment of Lydgate Park. I would love to stay here again someday!

We spent a week at the condo. We enjoyed the views from the lanai and ate our breakfast and dinner there most days. The condo is clean and the property itself is very well maintained. The owner of the condo was very quick to respond to any questions we had . The pool area is nice and we made use of the Bbq located by the pool. It is within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of Coconut Marketplace and Lava Lava beach club. There is also a good bakery across the street. It is located in a very central location for touring both the north , south and west sides of the island which we did. Kauai is a beautiful island with so much to enjoy.Mahalo.

Loved the central location and super close to the airport. Checking was incredibly easy. A couple of teeaky things that could be addressed - but overall a very good experience!

The location was great as well as the host. Easy walking distance to a few restaurants and shops and one of the best bakeries is right across the street. My fav was the Ube Malasada and the coffee was also yum. Thank you Passion Bakery!The only slight con was some of the road noise which didn’t bother us but might bother others. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Budget friendly rental with basic amenities in an excellent location. Although the bedroom has air conditioning, we found that trade winds and open windows were sufficient. The host is very accommodating and the complex is well maintained and quiet.

The apartment was quiet and relaxing. Our morning coffee on the lanai was a great start to the day. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs and towels. The kitchen was large with lots of equipment, I wish there had been a few basic food items to cook with such as cooking spray, condiments… But overall it’s a fantastic place to venture out and explore Kauai. We would definitely come back.

The location is busy but the view from balcony is gorgeous. Walking distance to Lyngate, coconut marketplace, lava lava restaurant. AC in bedroom. Luke is very easy to communicate with. AA++

Wonderful spacious condo with wonderful view and sound of ocean. Plenty of room for all of and well equipped for all our cooking needs. Also came with beach chairs, cooler and boogie board. Nice clean pool on premises as well. It was a very quiet complex. We will definitely stay there again. We loved that it felt very local in Kapa’a.

Great location to sightsee the whole island. Excellent and modern condo. Full size appliances. Washer and Dryer I did not expect. Easy parking. Ocean right outside! Loved it.

Staying at a condo with the ocean waves crashing right out your backdoor and the breeze blowing through the sliding door was alone worth it. The main bed was comfy, but the sleeper sofa was terribly uncomfortable. That's why I say it's a great fit for a couple who wouldn't need to use the sofa bed. We actually took the sleeper mattress off of the stiff metal frame and set it on the floor, which made it tolerable. Check in was a breeze, and my kids enjoyed having the pool right outside the door whenever they wanted a freshwater dip. The kitchen was well stocked, though the knives and cookware were on their last legs. The coconut marketplace was a short walk up the street, where we caught a Jiu Jitsu class and shave ice. We enjoyed many breakfasts out on the lanai. I'd stay here again, purely for the location.

The condo was centrally located to everything. Easy access to restaurants. We enjoyed Lava Lava to eat. The owner was available when we had TV problems. Very nice for the money spent.
