Stunning Oceanfront Kauai Condo for Two! No storm damage at Wailua Bay View!

Comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen, nice bathroom, great to have W/D, decent parking, lovely pool area, superb ocean view. Directions for TV & microwave hard to understand. Unit above us noisy (construction??). There was a frequent sewage odor that was quite strong-not sure where it was coming from. Ilse great to work with!

Check in was easy. Condo was in great condition. Loved listening to the waves crashing right outside the door. Great location, close to everything. Would highly recommend.

The view from the lanai was amazing! Every morning, we drank our coffee on the lanai, listening to the ocean and seeing shooting stars. Every evening, we ate dinner on the lanai, watching the hydrofoil surfers who zipped across Wailua Bay and the ocean. Ilse was quick to respond to my questions, and we appreciated her flexibility. The central location was convenient for shopping in Kapa'a and in the Coconut Marketplace, as well as for accessing the north and south shores. Highly recommend!

Nice unit in a great location. We enjoyed the great view and the complex has a nice pool that wasn’t overcrowded, like many can be. It was hot and humid with low trade winds when we were there so it was nice to have the air conditioning units to lower the temperature a few degrees in the unit.

Great condo right on the ocean! Clean, easy to access, parking comes with VRBO reservation. Everything we needed was there. Had a great time!

Super place to stay! The location was excellent, halfway to both sides of island. The condo was great. Good communication with host. Check in was easy. I recommend this place.

Everything was perfect. We enjoyed our stay, especially the view. Most of our time was spent on the lanai, watching the surf and the surfers. Although we Checked in around midnight, everything was smooth. The location was convenient, walking distance to restaurants and shopping.It was nice to have the air conditioning, especially during the late afternoons when it got a little warm.

This condo was clean, comfortable and very convenient as a base to explore Kauai.The condo complex is quiet and well-cared for, set right on Wailau Bay. Our host, Ilse, was attentive and easy to be in touch with.If anything, it was so comfortable, we had to almost prod ourselves to leave the waterfront balcony and our view of the ocean to go elsewhere!Each day we had a front row seat to watch surfers and e-foilers out on the water- and on the second floor lanai, it was a lovely private spot to just chill out with a cold drink and enjoy!

This condo is located centrally, making it easy to get to the north and south shores. We spent a lot of time on the back deck watching the ocean, surfers, and Kauai chickens. This place had everything we needed. There were a few places that didn’t seem to be cleaned when we arrived, but we easily cleaned up and enjoyed our week there. The ocean view was tranquil and made our stay so enjoyable!

Enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the lanai every morning. Beach chairs, cooler, in-unit laundry, AC units in the living room and bedroom, and Roku TV were great to have! Would stay here again!

We had a simply amazing stay here in Kauai. Ilse The owner is extremely communicative and had great recommendations. The property is super clean, and appeared a brand new AC unit had been added in living space and one in the bedroom that cools the space very well if AC is a typical worry you won’t have that problem here! The apartment was well appointed with everything you would need for beach trips (a tube some boogey boards and some beach chairs, along with fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Really a great location too with many restaurants within walking distance or just a short drive away. If we come back to Kauai we would certainly look into properties that she owns. The view really says it all!

Can’t speak highly enough of this property. You get to wake up to the sound of the ocean right next to you. It’s walkable to good food options. It’s centrally located so easy to get to major sightseeing options. Comes with snorkel and swim gear which is a plus. Loved our stay here! Would highly recommend.

Condo was as described, beautiful view. Condo was well stocked with whatever we needed. Self check in so if you have questions there is no one to help. There was a tree being taken down while we were there so parking was a problem & it was very noisy. One day the on site manager let herself right into the condo when we were there without our permission, that was a little disturbing.

We loved our stay here. This was the cleanest condo we have ever rented. You can see that the manager truly cares about the property. She also was so informative on the local area and was honestly there to help. The view was breathtaking and the sound of the waves was so peaceful. We will definitely return here in the future. Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful property- clean, had necessary supplies, and convenient location. The host was kind and communicative and our stay was perfect.

location on the island was great - it made it easy to get to the north shore or south area of the island. The street noise was loud and made sleeping somewhat challenging. The proximity to the beach and hearing the ocean made up for it.

Beautiful view and pool grounds. The condo has lovely Hawaiian style furnishings with a balcony facing the water- perfect for relaxing. Very clean and except for the flooring nicely updated. The bed was quite confortable with nice linens. We got in too tired to shop so appreciated having coffee available for the following morning. I had a few questions and our host answered quickly. We were provided with great directions from the airport and how to check in. There were even boogie boards and other beach items and towels. I liked that it was quiet unlike the crazy busy huge resorts.

We stayed at the unit last year. When we decided to return to Kauai, we discovered the same unit was available, so we jumped at the chance. The cleaning staff is professional, and very helpful. Great view of the bay

Great condo overlooking the shore. Well appointed and just right for a couple. We enjoyed our stay very much!Be aware - there is no elevator and there is some road noise in the bedroom.

Property as described and very clean. Management quick to reply and assist. The one thing that needs to be addressed is the bungee cord used to secure the shower door each time. A simple fix to the sliding door will do the trick.

Most prominent inconvenience is absents of soundproofed windows in the bedroom. Windows look toward very active road, where traffic starts at 5 am, this makes it pretty hard to sleep in the morning on weekdays. Some of adjacent apartments fixed this, but this one is not. Other to this, everything was pretty great. Location close to the ocean and many restaurants nearby, makes stay very convenient.

This unit is in a nice location. We liked the size and layout of the 1bdrm apartment. The view was spectacular. We could not stay here as there were problems with the mattress. The property manager seemed to be sincerely sorry, and I presume the mattress will be changed for the next renters.

Great location. The ocean is so close you have to close the door to hear the TV. The unit had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

This home was very clean and had everything we needed! It was nice to be centrally located and close to the Coconut Marketplace for shopping, and to have additional beach items available although the weather didn't cooperate and we didn't get a chance to use them. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the ocean and people on boogie boards. The only issue we had was that we were expecting AC and it only had it in the bedroom. Other than that everything was wonderful!

The view from the balcony/patio is absolutely beautiful! My husband and I really enjoyed eating our breakfast out there and watching the surfers. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. There was an issue with it being very warm in the condo. The owner was quick to respond to my message. We purchased a second fan which we left at the condo to help cool the condo. I would also recommend they fix the shower door so you don't have to use a bungee cord to hold the door close. All in all we enjoyed our stay here and it is a great location on the island.

First Ilse was very kind to permit us to reschedule our visit from March to September. Thank you. The property is very centrally located and the pictures are accurate. The view from the balcony is terrific. Our main gripe was the stuffy feeling because even though we bought two giant fans to force fresh air into the apartment we were dying in the stuffy atmosphere. Thick pile carpet made the place seem dingier and stuffier than reality. The ac in the bedroom was effective somewhat, but that meant trying to stay there most of the time. The kitchen was well stocked. Washer and dryer worked well. The bathroom was ok....not unpleasant, but clearly dated and could use a thorough clean up but ideally a full remodel.

My husband and I had a great stay at this condo! Very clean and comfortable. The lanai with the ocean view was spectacular! The pool area and grounds were very well maintained. We would definitely come back!

Nice oceanfront condo, comfortable and great location on the east coast. Amenities are great. The only downside for us was the lack of air conditioning in the entire unit. It was very warm during our stay and winds were not blowing in thru the patio. Overall a nice condo in a great location. We loved hearing the waves crashing on the shoreline!!

It’s a beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing property. The ocean waves breaking are the only sounds you’ll hear. Lovely and healing place — perfect for stress reduction and finding calm. Reasonable price and a good value.

Great location for us

Really enjoyed My time on Kauai! This was perfectly placed in the edge of Wailua Bay. Great view off the Back patio made mornings a joy. This place is perfectly situated for travelers who want to see all of the island. It’s halfway between the north and the south Hanalei and Poipu no site on the island was too far of a drive allowing us to see more of the island in one trip. The apartment was clean and just as advertised. Having air-conditioning in the bedroom was essential and appreciated. Checking in check out could not have been any easier and clear instructions were provided. I definitely recommend this location.

Condo was conveniently located within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Condo was clean and comfortable with everything we could have needed. Loved being right on the water. Highly recommend for a couple!!

This is an excellent location! The ocean is so close you have shut the patio door to hear the TV. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beach chairs and umbrella were greatly appreciated. We would absolutely stay here agin!

We come back for the spectacular ocean view & the sound of the waves! This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this complex but the 1st time in this unit & we will be back. The condo is clean, spacious & had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable & having a washer/dryer in the unit was convenient. The central location in Kapaa is perfect for exploring other areas of the island & we enjoyed the many eating options within a short walk such as Lava Lava, Passion Bakery & restaurants in the Coconut Marketplace. The pool area is lovely & was never crowded during our stay. The complex only has 45 units & there is plenty of parking close to your condo. The owner was very communicative & responsive & the onsite contact (Marvis) was a wealth of information about the island. Thank you for sharing your little slice of paradise with us.

Great and convenient location. Beings able to hear the ocean all the time was priceless for us.

The unit is very nicely situated, right on the beach and walking distance to a nice little shopping area. The day we left a construction crew was there to do some major renovation which I'm sure will be nice. This is the 2nd time we stayed here- I would certainly be willing to do it again!

We loved staying at this condo, it was hard to leave it. The views from the lanai were absolutely stunning. There was plenty of beach gear which was much appreciated! The bed was super comfortable. Since no one was checking in the day we checked out the host was very accommodating letting us leave our luggage while we went and did a tour. The only downside was 4 pm check in felt late compared to others, but we will be back!

Property very clean. View of ocean is enhanced by watching the wind surfers from the room. Good location. Unit could use some updating, but not reason to disqualify. If we return to Kauai will definitely consider rebooking.

I cannot recommend this property enough! Perfect for a couple, with a fully equipped kitchen, but the best part was the lanai overlooking the ocean. The property manager stopped by to ask if we needed anything. I’m already planning to book for next year. Thank you!

This condo was perfect for us. We loved our view on the lanai the best and ate all our meals on the little bar top. The view is of a beach with crashing waves. The condo was clean and well equipped. There were beach towels and plenty of bath towels, even extra sheets if needed. We loved the spices, tea, kitchen equipment, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, umbrella, and cooler. This condo has a lovely pool and was very quiet because it is small. You are by a busy road, but the sound of the ocean blocked that out. We liked the location because it was close to the airport, easy to access both north and south sides of the island, and a few minutes from Safeway. This was a great home base for the week. Also liked the keyless entry to the condo so didn't have to carry keys when we went out. I appreciate the staff doesn't clear out the fridge entirely, so we enjoyed the condiments and syrup from previous renters. That was nice to not have to buy those items you use little of. We are planning to come back again to this condo. It was just lovely. Thank you to the owners. Also the staff were so courteous to us.
